西安医学高等专科学校是经国家教育部批准设立的一所全日制普通高等专科学校，位于西安市鄠邑区秦渡镇，占地733亩，建筑面积约49.6万平方米，现有各类在校生15000余人。学校先后被确定为国家卫生职业技能鉴定站、国家紧缺人才培训基地、全国首批临床医学(3+2)卓越医生培养计划试点高校、陕西省示范性高职院校、陕西省双一流院校建设单位、陕西省双高计划高水平专业群建设单位。

Xi'an Medical College is a full-time public higher vocational college approved by the Ministry of Education of China, located in Qindu Town, Huyi District, Xi'an. Covering an area of 733 mu (about 488,667 square meters) with a construction area of approximately 496,000 square meters, the college currently has over 15,000 students. It has been successively identified as a National Health Vocational Skill Appraisal Station, a National Training Base for Urgently Needed Talents, one of the first pilot universities for the "Excellent Doctor Education and Training Program (3+2)" in clinical medicine, a Demonstrative Higher Vocational College in Shaanxi Province, a construction unit for "Double First-Class" universities in Shaanxi Province, and a construction unit for high-level professional groups under the "Double High-Level Plan" in Shaanxi Province.

学校专业特色鲜明，开设护理、临床医学、口腔医学、药学、医学检验技术、医学影像技术等专业。其中护理专业和口腔医学专业为陕西省高职重点专业，护理(老年服务)专业被确定为首批全国职业院校养老服务类示范专业点。学校注重实践教学，拥有附属医院、多功能教学大楼、多媒体教室等现代化教学设施，2020年被确定为陕西省养老护理员培训基地，2021年被认定为西安市养老服务技能人才培训基地。

The college features distinct professional characteristics, offering programs such as Nursing, Clinical Medicine, Stomatology, Pharmacy, Medical Laboratory Technology, and Medical Imaging Technology. Among these, Nursing and Stomatology are key vocational programs in Shaanxi Province, and the Nursing (Geriatric Service) program has been designated as one of the first national demonstration professional points for elderly care services in vocational colleges. Emphasizing practical teaching, the college is equipped with modern teaching facilities including affiliated hospitals, multi-functional teaching buildings, and multimedia classrooms. In 2020, it was identified as the Shaanxi Provincial Training Base for Elderly Care Workers, and in 2021, it was recognized as the Xi'an Training Base for Elderly Care Service Skilled Talents.
