河南测绘职业学院是2017年经河南省人民政府批准、国家教育部备案的全国唯一一所测绘地理信息类公办全日制普通高等职业院校，隶属于河南省教育厅管理。2020年5月，原郑州测绘学校建制撤销，该校人财物划转至河南测绘职业学院。学院主校区位于郑州市郑东新区白沙园区工贸路30号，与美丽的象湖毗邻，占地300余亩，规划建筑面积20.25万平方米，已建成12.9万平方米；在登封建有占地600余亩的外业实训基地。

Henan College of Surveying and Mapping is the only public full-time ordinary higher vocational college specializing in surveying, mapping and geographic information in China, approved by the People's Government of Henan Province and registered by the Ministry of Education in 2017. It is under the management of the Education Department of Henan Province. In May 2020, the original Zhengzhou Surveying and Mapping School was abolished, and its personnel, property and materials were transferred to Henan College of Surveying and Mapping. The main campus of the college is located at No. 30 Gongmao Road, Baisha Park, Zhengdong New District, Zhengzhou City, adjacent to the beautiful Xianghu Lake, covering an area of more than 300 mu, with a planned construction area of 202,500 square meters, of which 129,000 square meters have been completed; there is an field training base covering an area of more than 600 mu in Dengfeng.

学院现设测绘工程、遥感工程、空间信息工程、国土信息与管理、计算机工程、经济管理、艺术、体育8个教学系，基础、思政2个教学部和时空大数据产业学院、河南测绘技术产业学院、继续教育学院等3个学院，开设有工程测量技术、摄影测量与遥感技术、无人机测绘技术、测绘地理信息技术、国土资源调查与管理、计算机网络技术、大数据与会计、现代物流管理、音乐表演等38个专业，在校生规模达1.2万余人。现有教职工367人，其中正高级专业技术职务4人，副高级专业技术职务人员60人；博士学位教师1人，硕士学位教师172人；双师型教师182人，教学名师、学术技术带头人、骨干教师22人。

The college currently has 8 teaching departments including Surveying and Mapping Engineering, Remote Sensing Engineering, Spatial Information Engineering, Land Information and Management, Computer Engineering, Economic Management, Art, and Physical Education, 2 teaching departments including Basic Courses and Ideological and Political Education, and 3 colleges including the Temporal and Spatial Big Data Industry College, Henan Surveying and Mapping Technology Industry College, and Continuing Education College. It offers 38 majors such as Engineering Surveying Technology, Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing Technology, UAV Surveying and Mapping Technology, Surveying and Mapping Geographic Information Technology, Land Resources Survey and Management, Computer Network Technology, Big Data and Accounting, Modern Logistics Management, and Music Performance, with a student enrollment of more than 12,000. There are 367 faculty members, including 4 with senior professional titles, 60 with associate senior professional titles; 1 teacher with a doctoral degree, 172 teachers with a master's degree; 182 double-qualified teachers, and 22 teaching masters, academic and technical leaders, and backbone teachers.
