河南轻工职业学院是省教育厅直属、公办全日制高等职业院校，坐落于河南省会郑州市，现有鑫苑路、园田路、嵩山路三个校区，全日制在校生19280人。学院以立德树人为根本，开设3个本科专业和61个普通高等专科专业，涵盖艺术设计、智能制造、食品生物、信息技术等多个领域，拥有一支由高职称、高学历教师组成的师资队伍，注重实践教学与产业需求对接，为区域经济社会发展培养了大批技术技能人才。

Henan Vocational College of Light Industry is a public full-time higher vocational college directly under the Henan Provincial Department of Education, located in Zhengzhou, the capital city of Henan Province. It has three campuses: Xinyuan Road, Yuantian Road, and Songshan Road, with 19,280 full-time students. With moral education as its foundation, the college offers 3 undergraduate programs and 61 ordinary college-level programs covering art design, intelligent manufacturing, food biology, information technology, and other fields. 学院办学历史可追溯至多所老牌中专院校的合并发展，2017年正式独立设置为河南轻工职业学院。目前拥有17个教学系部，91个校内实验实训场所和43个校外实习基地，形成了以轻工特色为核心，工、艺、管、文等多学科协调发展的专业体系。近年来，学院在各类职业教育竞赛中屡获佳绩，办学质量和社会声誉稳步提升，先后荣获多项省级以上荣誉称号。

The college's educational history can be traced back to the merger and development of several established secondary technical schools, and it was officially established as Henan Vocational College of Light Industry in 2017. Currently, it has 17 teaching departments, 91 on-campus experimental training sites, and 43 off-campus internship bases, forming a professional system with light industry characteristics as the core and coordinated development of engineering, art, management, literature, and other disciplines. In recent years, the college has achieved excellent results in various vocational education competitions, with steadily improving educational quality and social reputation, and has won many provincial and above honorary titles.
