洛阳科技职业学院是经河南省人民政府批准、国家教育部备案的全日制综合性普通高等职业院校。学校地处十三朝古都洛阳，校园占地2421亩，分河东、河西两大校区，现有8个二级学院、37个专业，形成8个特色专业集群，拥有3个省级骨干专业群。

Luoyang Vocational College of Science and Technology is a full-time comprehensive public higher vocational college approved by the Henan Provincial People's Government and registered with the Ministry of Education. Located in Luoyang, an ancient capital of thirteen dynasties, the college covers an area of 2421 mu with two campuses (east and west of Jianhe River). It has 8 secondary colleges offering 37 majors, forming 8 characteristic professional clusters and 3 provincial key professional groups.
