长春东方职业学院创建于1992年，是经吉林省人民政府批准、教育部备案的全日制医药高等职业院校，坐落于长春市中韩（长春）国际合作示范区。学校秉承“感恩·责任·创新·严谨”的办学理念，专注现代职业教育体系建设，以服务东北振兴和健康中国战略为己任，致力于培养德技并修、具有成功素养和国际视野的基层医药健康人才。

Changchun Oriental Vocational College, founded in 1992, is a full-time medical higher vocational college approved by the Jilin Provincial People's Government and registered with the Ministry of Education. Located in the China-Korea (Changchun) International Cooperation Demonstration Zone in Changchun, the college adheres to the educational philosophy of "Gratitude, Responsibility, Innovation, and Rigor", focusing on the construction of a modern vocational education system. It takes serving the revitalization of Northeast China and the Healthy China strategy as its mission, and is committed to cultivating grassroots medical and health talents with both moral and technical proficiency, successful literacy, and international vision.

学校设有护理学院、药学院等12个教学单位，开设护理、药学、医学检验技术等33个医药卫生大类专业，拥有500余家校外实习就业基地及6所非直属附属医院。师资队伍以长白山学者、技能名师为引领，“双师型”教师为主体，近年来荣获吉林省职业院校教学能力大赛一等奖6项，全国职业教育授课比赛二等奖等多项荣誉。

The college has 12 teaching units including the School of Nursing and the School of Pharmacy, offering 33 majors in medical and health categories such as Nursing, Pharmacy, and Medical Laboratory Technology. It has over 500 off-campus internship and employment bases and 6 non-affiliated affiliated hospitals. The teaching staff is led by Changbai Mountain scholars and skilled masters, with "double-qualified" teachers as the main body. In recent years, it has won 6 first prizes in the Jilin Provincial Vocational College Teaching Ability Competition and many honors such as the second prize in the National Vocational Education Teaching Competition.

学校积极推进国际合作，与韩国光州大学、德国莱茵护理学院等开展医护人才联合培养，累计为国家输送5.8万余名基层医药卫生人才，连续三年毕业生去向落实率持续向好，是吉林省创新创业示范基地、职业教育现代学徒制试点单位。

The college actively promotes international cooperation, carrying out joint training of medical and nursing talents with universities such as Gwangju University in South Korea and Rhine Nursing College in Germany. It has cumulatively trained over 58,000 grassroots medical and health talents for the country, with the employment rate of graduates showing continuous improvement for three consecutive years. It is a Jilin Provincial Innovation and Entrepreneurship Demonstration Base and a pilot unit for modern apprenticeship in vocational education.
