长春金融高等专科学校坐落于北国春城长春莲花山腹地，占地面积60万平方米，一期建筑面积15.76万平方米。学校集金融人才培养、金融行业培训、金融科技创新、金融文化传承与创新为一体，是吉林省现代金融职业教育服务基地和金融服务业人才供给的主渠道。

Changchun Finance College is located in the hinterland of Lianhuashan, Changchun, the Spring City in northern China, covering an area of 600,000 square meters with a first-phase construction area of 157,600 square meters. The college integrates financial talent cultivation, financial industry training, financial technology innovation, and financial culture inheritance and innovation, serving as a modern financial vocational education service base in Jilin Province and a main channel for talent supply in the financial service industry.

学校1960年由财贸部主导建立，原名吉林省财政金融学校，与新中国第一所金融院校——东北银行专门学校同根同源。1978年，中国人民银行在此基础上恢复建立吉林银行学校，1984年升格为长春金融专科学校，1992年更名为长春金融高等专科学校，2000年划归吉林省政府管理，2021年整体搬迁至莲花山校区，学校发展开启了崭新的一页。

Founded in 1960 under the auspices of the Ministry of Finance and Trade, the college was originally named Jilin Provincial Finance and Banking School, sharing the same origin with the Northeast Bank Specialized School, the first financial institution in New China. In 1978, the People's Bank of China restored and established Jilin Banking School on this basis. It was upgraded to Changchun Finance College in 1984, renamed Changchun Finance College in 1992, placed under the management of Jilin Provincial Government in 2000, and relocated to the Lianhuashan Campus in 2021, marking a new chapter in its development.

学校共有金融学院、会计学院、财务管理学院等11个教学单位，建设了智慧金融、数智财务等7个专业群，共40个专业（招生专业31个）。现有教职工460余人，专任教师370余人，其中教授47人，博士、在读博士33人，硕士以上学位教师占比超过80%。

The college comprises 11 teaching units including the School of Finance and the School of Accounting, and has developed 7 professional groups such as Smart Finance and Digital Intelligence Finance, offering 40 majors (31 enrolled majors). It has over 460 faculty members, including more than 370 full-time teachers, 47 professors, 33 doctors and doctoral candidates, with over 80% of teachers holding master's degrees or above.

学校现有在校生12000多人，毕业生近三年就业率超过95%，专升本率达到40%以上，名列全省前茅；学生在金融行业就业比例超过40%，用人单位对毕业生满意度为100%。学校累计培养了5万余名优秀毕业生，被誉为“吉林省金融界黄埔、银行家摇篮”。

Currently, the college has over 12,000 students. The employment rate of graduates has exceeded 95% in the past three years, with the undergraduate upgrade rate reaching over 40%, ranking among the top in the province. Over 40% of students are employed in the financial industry, with 100% employer satisfaction. The college has cultivated more than 50,000 outstanding graduates and is praised as "the Whampoa Military Academy of Jilin's financial industry and the cradle of bankers".
