抚顺职业技术学院坐落于辽宁省抚顺市，是国家教育部批准备案的全日制公办普通高等院校，创建于1983年，占地面积740亩，建筑面积17.2万平方米。学校是辽宁省高等职业教育改革发展示范校，拥有教育部、财政部确定的中央财政支持职业教育实训基地，以及中国石油和化工工业协会认定的石油和化工行业全国示范性实训基地。

Fushun Vocational and Technical College is located in Fushun City, Liaoning Province. It is a full-time public higher education institution approved by the Ministry of Education, founded in 1983. Covering an area of 740 mu (493,333 square meters) with a building area of 172,000 square meters, the college is a model school for the reform and development of higher vocational education in Liaoning Province. It houses vocational education training bases supported by the central finance under the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance, as well as a national demonstration training base for the petroleum and chemical industry recognized by the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Association.

学院位于沈抚新区核心区域，紧邻省会沈阳，交通便捷。依托抚顺石化新城和沈抚新区的产业集群优势，重点发展石油化工、高端装备制造、环保设备、生物科技等特色专业，形成“校企合作、工学交替”的人才培养模式。现有100余个校内实验室和150余个校外实训基地，可开展50个工种的职业技能鉴定，与40余家企业开展深层次合作。

Strategically located in the core area of Shenfu New District, adjacent to Shenyang, the provincial capital, the college enjoys convenient transportation. Leveraging the industrial cluster advantages of Fushun Petrochemical New City and Shenfu New District, it focuses on developing特色 majors such as petrochemical engineering, high-end equipment manufacturing, environmental protection equipment, and biotechnology. The college has formed a talent cultivation model of "school-enterprise cooperation and work-study alternation", with over 100 on-campus laboratories and more than 150 off-campus training bases. It offers vocational skill appraisal for 50 types of work and maintains in-depth cooperation with over 40 enterprises.

学校现有省级教学团队7个，国家级专业建设带头人2人，省级教学名师3人。开设43个招生专业，涵盖化工、建筑、制造、电子信息、经济管理等多个领域，全日制在校生万余人。学生就业率连续多年稳定在95%以上，毕业生广泛分布于中国石油、中国石化、三一重工等知名企业，为区域经济发展提供了有力的人才支撑。

The college boasts 7 provincial-level teaching teams, 2 national-level professional leaders, and 3 provincial-level teaching masters. It offers 43 enrollment majors covering chemical engineering, construction, manufacturing, electronic information, and economic management, with over 10,000 full-time students. The employment rate has remained above 95% for years, with graduates employed by renowned enterprises such as PetroChina, Sinopec, and Sany Heavy Industry, providing strong talent support for regional economic development.
