哈尔滨北方航空职业技术学院是经黑龙江省政府批准建立、教育部备案的全日制普通高等职业院校，办学性质为营利性民办专科学校，行政主管部门为黑龙江省教育厅。学校前身为始建于1985年的黑龙江职业技术学院，2018年正式更名并成为独立设置的高职院校，现位于哈尔滨市阿城区河东街道继水路1号，地处金源文化发祥地阿什河畔。

Harbin Northern Aeronautical Vocational and Technical College is a full-time public higher vocational college approved by the Heilongjiang Provincial Government and registered with the Ministry of Education. It is a for-profit private junior college with its administrative department being the Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Education. The college originated from Heilongjiang Vocational and Technical College founded in 1985, was officially renamed and became an independently established higher vocational college in 2018, and is now located at No. 1 Jishui Road, Hedong Street, Acheng District, Harbin, on the banks of the Ashi River, the birthplace of Jinyuan culture.

学院构建了“三横四纵”集团化办学格局，下设哈尔滨市航空服务中等专业学校（国家中等职业教育改革发展示范学校）、哈尔滨市第二十六职业高级中学校、哈尔滨市北方技术学校三所中职学校，中高职学生规模达8600余人。教学机构设民航运输系、现代服务系、航空工程系及思政教研部，开设空中乘务、民航空中安全保卫、通用航空器维修、无人机应用技术等22个专科专业，重点面向交通运输（民航、铁路）和现代服务行业培养技术技能人才。

The college has established a "three-horizontal and four-vertical" group-based school-running pattern, with three secondary vocational schools under its jurisdiction: Harbin Aviation Service Secondary Professional School (a national model school for reform and development of secondary vocational education), Harbin No. 26 Vocational Senior High School, and Harbin Northern Technical School. The total number of secondary and higher vocational students exceeds 8,600. The teaching institutions include the Department of Civil Aviation Transportation, Department of Modern Services, Department of Aeronautical Engineering, and the Ideological and Political Teaching and Research Department. It offers 22 junior college programs such as Flight Attendant, Civil Aviation In-flight Security, General Aircraft Maintenance, and UAV Application Technology, focusing on cultivating technical and skilled talents for the transportation (civil aviation, railway) and modern service industries.

学校秉持“以质量特色立校，以学生成才为本”办学理念，遵循“团结、勤奋、忠诚、创新”校训，拥有占地面积465亩、建筑面积15万平方米的校园，教学仪器设备总值2300余万元，图书馆纸质藏书9.5万册、电子图书20余万册。通过校企合作建有订单培养项目，与韩亚航空等国际企业开展师资培训合作，毕业生就业率持续保持在90%以上，形成以航空运输类专业为核心、多学科协调发展的民办高等职业教育特色办学体系。

Adhering to the school-running philosophy of "establishing the school with quality and characteristics, and taking students' success as the foundation" and following the school motto of "Unity, Diligence, Loyalty, Innovation", the college has a campus covering an area of 465 mu with a building area of 150,000 square meters. The total value of teaching instruments and equipment exceeds 23 million yuan, with 95,000 paper books and more than 200,000 e-books in the library. It has established order-based training programs through school-enterprise cooperation and carried out teacher training cooperation with international enterprises such as Asiana Airlines. The employment rate of graduates has remained above 90%, forming a distinctive private higher vocational education system with aviation transportation majors as the core and multi-disciplinary coordinated development.
