哈尔滨城市职业学院是经黑龙江省政府批准、国家教育部备案的民办综合性普通高等职业院校，主管部门为黑龙江省教育厅，国标代码13451。学校前身为1993年创建的哈尔滨江南职业技术学院，2017年更为现名，是以医药卫生专业为主，涵盖护理、医学美容技术、口腔医学技术、汽车制造、经济管理、艺术等多领域的综合性高校。

Harbin City Vocational College is a private comprehensive ordinary higher vocational college approved by the Heilongjiang Provincial Government and registered with the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China. Affiliated to the Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Education, it has the national standard code 13451. Formerly known as Harbin Jiangnan Vocational and Technical College founded in 1993, it was renamed to its current name in 2017. The college mainly focuses on medical and health majors, covering multiple fields such as nursing, medical cosmetology technology, stomatology technology, automobile manufacturing, economic management, and art.

学校位于哈尔滨市金上京新华开发区，占地面积16万平方米，图书馆藏书47万册，拥有护理仿真模拟医院、口腔医学技术实训室、空中乘务训练舱等现代化教学设施。现有教授、副教授占比57%，博士、硕士学位教师占83.47%，开设护理、医学美容技术、汽车制造与试验技术等特色专业，实行订单培养模式，为医疗、航空、汽车等行业输送应用型人才，曾获“学生管理先进集体”等荣誉。

The college is located in the Xinhua Development Zone of Jinshangjing, Harbin, covering an area of 160,000 square meters. The library has a collection of 470,000 books, and it is equipped with modern teaching facilities such as nursing simulation hospitals, stomatology technology training rooms, and flight attendant training cabins. Currently, 57% of the faculty are professors or associate professors, and 83.47% have doctoral or master's degrees. The college offers特色 majors such as nursing, medical cosmetology technology, and automobile manufacturing and testing technology. It implements an order-based training model to cultivate applied talents for the medical, aviation, automobile and other industries, and has been awarded honors such as "Advanced Collective in Student Management".
