哈尔滨应用职业技术学院是黑龙江省人民政府批准，哈尔滨市人民政府主管，国家教育部备案、独立设置、国家计划内统一招生，具有独立颁发国家承认学历文凭资格的全日制综合性普通高等院校。现已成为一所以工科类学科为特色，多学科协调发展，着眼于培养龙江全面振兴全方位振兴及全国经济社会发展急需的高素质创新型、应用型技术技能人才的高等院校。

Harbin Vocational College of Applied Technology is a full-time comprehensive ordinary higher education institution approved by the People's Government of Heilongjiang Province, administered by the People's Government of Harbin City, registered with the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China, independently established, and uniformly enrolled within the national plan, with the qualification to independently issue nationally recognized academic diplomas. It has now become a higher education institution characterized by engineering disciplines, with coordinated development of multiple disciplines, focusing on cultivating high-quality innovative and applied technical talents urgently needed for the comprehensive revitalization of Longjiang and national economic and social development.

学院下设有护理学院、汽车工程学院、机电工程学院、信息工程学院、经济管理学院、建筑工程学院、基础部和思政部八个二级教学院、部，开设护理、汽车检测与维修技术、机电一体化技术等33个专业。学院始终坚守精准就业、对口就业的承诺，全面实施一把手就业工程，已与省内外几百家大中型企业实行校企合作、订单培养，与上汽大众、一汽大众、吉利汽车、敏实集团、上海三菱电梯、长城汽车、中铁十九局、中铁大桥局、海尔集团、人本集团、好利来食品、百度、腾讯等规模以上企业签订了校外实习实训基地及订单培养协议，形成了校企合作、产教融合、订单培养的就业型、创业型学院办学模式。

The college has eight secondary teaching schools and departments, including the School of Nursing, School of Automotive Engineering, School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, School of Information Engineering, School of Economics and Management, School of Civil Engineering, Basic Department, and Ideological and Political Department, offering 33 majors such as nursing, automotive inspection and maintenance technology, and mechatronics technology. The college has always adhered to the commitment of precise employment and targeted employment, and fully implemented the top leader employment project. It has carried out school-enterprise cooperation and order-based training with hundreds of large and medium-sized enterprises inside and outside the province, and has signed off-campus internship and training base and order-based training agreements with above-scale enterprises such as SAIC Volkswagen, FAW Volkswagen, Geely Automobile, Minth Group, Shanghai Mitsubishi Elevator, Great Wall Motors, China Railway 19th Bureau, China Railway Major Bridge Engineering Group, Haier Group, Renben Group, Holiland Food, Baidu, Tencent, etc., forming an employment-oriented and entrepreneurship-oriented college running model featuring school-enterprise cooperation, industry-education integration, and order-based training.

学院积极探索产业链、创新链、教育链、价值链有效衔接机制，在哈尔滨市道里区经济开发区建立了交通运输、装备制造等专业群的现代产业学院，投入1000多万元购置生产性教学仪器设备140台（套），按生产性实训基地标准完成建设。通过区校战略合作，打造产教融合创新发展新模式，搭建产业人才培养平台，构建职业发展教育实施体系，为龙江区域经济发展和城市建设奠定坚实基础。

The college has actively explored effective connection mechanisms between industrial chains, innovation chains, education chains, and value chains, and established a modern industrial college for professional groups such as transportation and equipment manufacturing in Daoli District Economic Development Zone of Harbin City. It has invested more than 10 million yuan to purchase 140 sets of productive teaching instruments and equipment, and completed the construction according to the standards of productive training bases. Through district-school strategic cooperation, it has created a new model of industry-education integration and innovative development, built an industrial talent training platform, and constructed an implementation system for vocational development education, laying a solid foundation for regional economic development and urban construction in Longjiang.
