吉林职业技术学院隶属于东华教育投资集团有限公司，于2015年9月经吉林省人民政府批准、教育部备案的全日制普通高等院校。学院坐落于海兰江畔稻花香的延边朝鲜族自治州龙井市，校园内青松叠翠，绿树成荫，春有百花秋望月，夏有凉风冬听雪。学院占地面积48.6万平方米，建筑面积22.1万平方米，固定资产总值36046.66万元，其中教学仪器设备总值6800余万元，图书馆藏书53.38万册。

Jilin Vocational and Technical College is a full-time ordinary higher education institution approved by the Jilin Provincial People's Government and registered with the Ministry of Education in September 2015, affiliated to Donghua Education Investment Group Co., Ltd. Located in Longjing City, Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture, where the fragrance of rice fills the air along the Hailan River, the campus is surrounded by green pines and trees, with flowers blooming in spring, bright moon in autumn, cool breeze in summer and snow scenes in winter. The college covers an area of 486,000 square meters with a building area of 221,000 square meters. The total value of fixed assets is 360.4666 million yuan, including more than 68 million yuan worth of teaching instruments and equipment, and 533,800 books in the library.

学院下设经济管理学院、医药学院、智能制造学院等7个学院，开设三年制专业42个、五年制专业30个，覆盖9个高职专业大类，形成以医药卫生类专业为主体，财经商贸、交通运输等多类专业协同发展的专业体系。其中，朝医学专业为全国唯一开设的国家控制中医药类专业，彰显了传承延边朝鲜族医药文化的特色。学院建有82个实验实训室，拥有国务院政府特殊津贴专家、吉林省突贡专家等组成的“双师型”教师队伍，现有在校生8100余人，毕业生年终去向落实率达95%以上。

The college has 7 schools including the School of Economics and Management, School of Medicine and Pharmacy, and School of Intelligent Manufacturing, offering 42 three-year programs and 30 five-year programs covering 9 higher vocational majors. It has formed a professional system with medical and health majors as the main body, coordinated with finance and trade, transportation and other majors. Among them, the Chaoyi (Korean Medicine) major is the only national-controlled traditional Chinese medicine major in China, demonstrating the characteristic of inheriting Yanbian Korean medical culture. The college has 82 experimental training rooms and a "double-qualified" teaching team including experts enjoying special government allowances from the State Council and outstanding contributors from Jilin Province. Currently, there are more than 8,100 students, and the annual graduate employment rate reaches over 95%.

学院秉承“尚德强能，守正致新”的校训，坚持校企合作、工学结合的办学模式，与百余家企业建立合作关系，形成立足延边、面向吉林、辐射全国的就业格局。同时积极开展国际交流，与韩国、日本、美国等9个国家的大学建立合作关系，为学生搭建国际化发展平台。学院先后荣获国防教育先进单位、全国研学旅行基地等省级以上荣誉数十项，在国家级、省级职业技能大赛中屡获佳绩。

Adhering to the school motto of "Upholding Virtue and Strengthening Ability, Maintaining Integrity and Pursuing Innovation", the college adheres to the school-running model of school-enterprise cooperation and work-study integration, establishing cooperative relations with more than 100 enterprises, forming an employment pattern based in Yanbian, facing Jilin and radiating the whole country. It also actively carries out international exchanges, establishing cooperative relations with universities in 9 countries including South Korea, Japan and the United States, providing an international development platform for students. The college has successively won dozens of provincial and above honors such as Advanced Unit of National Defense Education and National Study Travel Base, and has achieved excellent results in national and provincial vocational skills competitions.
