江苏电子信息职业学院是由江苏省人民政府主办、江苏省工业和信息化厅主管的全日制高等学校，始建于1978年，初名为淮阴电子工业学校，2001年升格为淮安信息职业技术学院，2020年更名为江苏电子信息职业学院。学校是教育部首轮高职高专人才培养工作水平评估优秀院校、江苏省首批十所示范性高等职业院校建设单位、江苏省中国特色高水平高职学校，跻身全国高等职业院校服务贡献50强、育人成效50强、教学资源50强。

Jiangsu Vocational College of Electronics and Information is a full-time higher education institution sponsored by the Jiangsu Provincial People's Government and administered by the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology. Founded in 1978 as Huaiyin Electronic Industry School, it was upgraded to Huai'an College of Information Technology in 2001 and renamed to its current name in 2020. It is an excellent institution in the first round of higher vocational talent training evaluation by the Ministry of Education, one of the first ten示范性 higher vocational colleges in Jiangsu, and a Jiangsu provincial high-level vocational school with Chinese characteristics. It ranks among the top 50 national higher vocational colleges in service contribution, education effectiveness, and teaching resources.

学校坐落于江苏省淮安市高教园区，占地千余亩，设有电子工程学院、计算机与通信学院、智能制造学院等12个教学单位，现有在校生13869人。共设置45个高职专业，其中国家级骨干专业7个、中央财政支持重点专业2个，形成了以电子信息产业为核心的特色专业体系。建校以来累计为社会培养8万余名高素质技术技能人才，连续七次获评江苏省高校毕业生就业工作先进集体，就业率稳居全省同类院校前列。

Located in the Higher Education Park of Huai'an City, Jiangsu Province, the college covers an area of over 1,000 mu and has 12 teaching units including the School of Electronic Engineering, School of Computer and Communication, and School of Intelligent Manufacturing, with 13,869 current students. It offers 45 higher vocational programs, including 7 national key majors and 2 key majors supported by central finance, forming a distinctive professional system centered on the electronic information industry. Since its establishment, it has trained over 80,000 high-quality technical talents and has been awarded the "Advanced Collective for Graduate Employment Work in Jiangsu Colleges and Universities" seven times, with employment rates consistently ranking among the top in similar institutions in the province.

学校师资力量雄厚，现有教职工739人，其中高级职称教师占比37.2%，双师素质教师占80.45%，拥有国家级职业教育教师创新团队1个、省级教学创新团队10个。建有国家级实训基地5个、省级实训基地8个，牵头成立全国数字技术行业产教融合共同体，与167家企业建立紧密合作关系，深化"产学研用"协同育人模式，先后荣获国家级教育教学成果奖一等奖1项、二等奖1项，江苏省教学成果奖特等奖2项。

The college boasts a strong faculty of 739 staff, with 37.2% holding senior professional titles and 80.45% being "double-qualified" teachers. It has 1 national vocational education teacher innovation team and 10 provincial teaching innovation teams. The college has built 5 national-level training bases and 8 provincial-level training bases, led the establishment of the National Digital Technology Industry-education Integration Community, and established close cooperation with 167 enterprises to deepen the "industry-education-research-application" collaborative education model. It has won 1 first prize and 1 second prize in national educational teaching achievements, and 2 special prizes in Jiangsu provincial teaching achievements.
