江西旅游商贸职业学院是2002年4月经江西省人民政府批准组建的一所旅游商贸类公办全日制普通高等院校，其前身是1964年创建的江西省商业学校、1987年成立的江西省旅游学校和1964年创建的江西省核工业技校。学校是江西省示范性高职院校、江西省高水平高职院校、中华全国供销合作总社部级示范性高职院校，也是江西省人民政府与中华全国供销合作总社省部共建院校及全省首批应用技术型本科人才培养院校。

Jiangxi Tourism & Commerce Vocational College is a public full-time higher vocational college specializing in tourism and commerce, approved by the People's Government of Jiangxi Province in April 2002. Its predecessors include Jiangxi Commercial School (founded in 1964), Jiangxi Tourism School (established in 1987), and Jiangxi Nuclear Industry Technical School (founded in 1964). The college is a Demonstrative Higher Vocational College of Jiangxi Province, a High-level Higher Vocational College of Jiangxi Province, a Ministerial-level Demonstrative Higher Vocational College of the All-China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives, as well as a provincial-ministerial co-constructed institution by the People's Government of Jiangxi Province and the All-China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives, and one of the first batch of application-oriented undergraduate talent training institutions in Jiangxi Province.

学校位于江西省南昌经济技术开发区丁香路1号，校园占地面积1068亩，建筑面积近40万平方米，图书馆馆藏图书120多万册、电子图书30多万册。现有各级各类在校生20000余人，教职员工1100余人，其中专任教师900余人，双师型教师比例达68%。学校设有旅游、经济管理、会计金融、国际商务、机电与建筑工程、艺术传媒与计算机、体育等7个学院，开设旅游管理、电子商务、大数据与会计、物联网应用技术等50多个专业，形成了以旅游为特色、商贸为主体，工、艺、体等协调发展的专业布局。

The college is located at No.1 Dingxiang Road, Nanchang Economic and Technological Development Zone, Jiangxi Province, covering an area of 1068 mu with a building area of nearly 400,000 square meters. The library has a collection of over 1.2 million paper books and more than 300,000 e-books. Currently, there are over 20,000 students at all levels and more than 1,100 faculty members, including over 900 full-time teachers, with "double-qualified" teachers accounting for 68%. The college has 7 schools including Tourism, Economic Management, Accounting and Finance, International Business, Mechanical and Electrical & Architectural Engineering, Art Media and Computer, and Physical Education, offering more than 50 majors such as Tourism Management, E-Commerce, Big Data and Accounting, and Internet of Things Application Technology, forming a professional layout featuring tourism as the characteristic, commerce as the main body, and coordinated development of engineering, art, and physical education.
