信阳艺术职业学院是2021年经河南省人民政府批准设立、教育部备案、由信阳市人民政府举办的全日制公办高等职业院校，传承于具有117年办学历史的潢川师范学校和46年工科学历教育历史的信阳工业学校。学校采用“一校两地三区”办学格局，总用地面积1420亩，主校区位于信阳市羊山新区，规划用地1200亩，潢川教学部占地220亩，现有在校生11000余人。

Xinyang Vocational College of Art is a full-time public higher vocational college approved by the Henan Provincial People's Government, registered with the Ministry of Education, and sponsored by the Xinyang Municipal People's Government in 2021. It inherits from Huangchuan Normal School with 117 years of school-running history and Xinyang Industrial School with 46 years of engineering education history. The college adopts a "one school, two places, three campuses" layout, covering a total area of 1,420 mu. The main campus is located in Yangshan New District of Xinyang City, planned to cover 1,200 mu, while Huangchuan teaching department covers 220 mu, with more than 11,000 current students.

学校开设音乐表演、舞蹈表演、书画艺术、学前教育、计算机应用技术等30余个专业，构建了艺术特色鲜明、对接产业发展的专业体系。拥有纸质及电子图书70余万册，建成音乐、舞蹈、计算机等各类专业实训室，并与TCL、吉利汽车等知名企业共建实习基地，形成“教授领衔、双师型教师主导、行业专家参与”的师资团队，致力于培养高素质技术技能人才。

The college offers over 30 majors including Music Performance, Dance Performance, Calligraphy and Painting Art, Preschool Education, and Computer Application Technology, forming a major system with distinctive artistic characteristics and industrial alignment. It boasts over 700,000 paper and electronic books, and has built various professional training rooms for music, dance, and computer science. It has also established internship bases with well-known enterprises such as TCL and Geely Automobile. With a teaching team led by professors, dominated by double-qualified teachers, and participated by industry experts, the college is committed to cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents.
