漯河职业技术学院是河南省首批经国家教育部批准成立的普通公办高等专科职业院校，国家优质高职建设院校，国家国防教育特色学校，国家首批现代学徒制试点学校，河南省高技能人才培养示范基地，省教育厅重点支持建设的首批省级示范性高职院校。学校地处中国食品名城、国家园林城市、国家卫生城市、全国文明城市、中国优秀旅游城市、文宗字祖许慎故里——河南省漯河市，坐落在漯河市市中心大学路中段，交通便利，环境优美。

Luohe Vocational and Technical College is one of the first public higher vocational colleges approved by the Ministry of Education in Henan Province. It is a national high-quality vocational college construction institution, a national defense education characteristic school, and one of the first national modern apprenticeship pilot schools. As a key provincial demonstration vocational college supported by the Henan Provincial Department of Education, it is also a demonstration base for high-skilled talent training in Henan. Located in Luohe City, Henan Province, known as China's Food City, a national garden city, a national health city, a national civilized city, an excellent tourist city, and the hometown of Xu Shen, the ancestor of Chinese philology, the college is situated in the middle section of Daxue Road in the city center, enjoying convenient transportation and a beautiful environment.

学校现有教职工785人，副教授以上专业教师225人，双师型教师349人，省级职业教育教学专家1人，省级教学名师13人。设置有15个教学系（部），2023年开设60个专业，涵盖工学、管理学、文学、艺术、师范、经济学6大学科，全日制在校生20000多人。学校坚持“以人为本，以服务为宗旨，以就业为导向，走产学研结合之路”的办学指导思想，建有各类实验实训室223个，校外实习实训基地近百个，毕业生就业率年均达92%以上，连续多年荣获河南省大中专毕业生就业工作先进集体。

The college has 785 faculty members, including 225 professional teachers with associate senior titles or above and 349 "double-qualified" teachers. It boasts 1 provincial vocational education teaching expert and 13 provincial teaching masters. With 15 teaching departments, the college offered 60 majors in 2023, covering six disciplines: engineering, management, literature, art, teacher education, and economics, with over 20,000 full-time students. Adhering to the educational philosophy of "people-oriented, service-oriented, employment-driven, and integrating production, education and research", the college has built 223 laboratories and training rooms, and nearly 100 off-campus internships and training bases. The annual employment rate of graduates has reached over 92%, and the college has been awarded the Advanced Collective for Employment Work of College Graduates in Henan Province for many consecutive years.
