山东理工职业学院始建于1950年，是经山东省人民政府批准设立的普通高等职业院校。学校坐落于孔孟之乡、儒家文化发源地——山东济宁，为天工园国家AAA级旅游景区，校园占地2300余亩，总建筑面积60余万平方米，全日制高职在校生2.7万余人。

Shandong Polytechnic College was founded in 1950 and is a public higher vocational college approved by the People's Government of Shandong Province. Located in Jining, Shandong Province, the hometown of Confucius and Mencius and the birthplace of Confucian culture, the college is a national AAA-level tourist attraction (Tiangongyuan Scenic Area), covering an area of over 2,300 mu with a total construction area of more than 600,000 square meters, and has over 27,000 full-time vocational college students.

学校设有17个教学单位，开设15个专业集群、61个专业，其中国家级骨干专业4个、省级品牌和高水平专业群6个。坚持“五育并举”，创新“四个课堂”育人模式，学生参加国内外技能大赛获奖422项，总体就业率达95%以上，为区域经济社会发展培养高素质技术技能人才7万余名。

The college has 17 teaching units, offering 15 professional clusters and 61 majors, including 4 national key majors and 6 provincial brand and high-level professional groups. Adhering to the "five education integration" concept and innovating the "four-classroom" education model, students have won 422 awards in domestic and international skill competitions, with an overall employment rate of over 95%, cultivating more than 70,000 high-quality technical and skilled talents for regional economic and social development.

学校坚持开放办学，建有澳大利亚、泰国2所海外分校及5所海外孔子六艺学堂、鲁班工坊，与70余所国外高校开展合作，入选“高等职业院校国际影响力50强”“亚太职业院校影响力50强”，获评山东省优质高等职业院校、国家知识产权试点高校。

Committed to internationalized education, the college has established 2 overseas branches (in Australia and Thailand), 5 overseas Confucius Six Arts Academies, and Luban Workshops. It has collaborated with more than 70 foreign universities, and has been listed among the "Top 50 Higher Vocational Colleges with International Influence" and "Top 50 Asia-Pacific Vocational Colleges with Influence". It is also recognized as a Shandong Provincial High-Quality Higher Vocational College and a National Intellectual Property Pilot University.
