辽宁城市建设职业技术学院系经辽宁省政府批准、国家教育部备案的公办全日制普通高等专科院校，前身为1982年成立的辽宁省城市建设工程学校，2010年与辽宁省住房和城乡建设厅干部培训中心合并组建为现校。学校坐落于辽宁省沈阳市沈北新区蒲硕路88号，校园占地面积18.4万平方米，建筑面积9万平方米，现有教职工340余人，全日制在校生规模5000余人。

Liaoning Urban Construction Vocational and Technical College is a public full-time ordinary higher vocational college approved by the Liaoning Provincial Government and registered with the Ministry of Education. Its predecessor was Liaoning Urban Construction Engineering School founded in 1982, and it was merged with the Training Center for Cadres of Liaoning Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development to form the current school in 2010. Located at No. 88 Pushuo Road, Shenbei New District, Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, the campus covers an area of 184,000 square meters with a building area of 90,000 square meters. It has more than 340 faculty members and a full-time student population of over 5,000.

学校以城市建设行业为特色，开设市政工程技术、建筑工程技术、建筑设计、工程造价等22个专业，其中国家级现代学徒制试点专业1个，教育部《高等职业教育创新发展行动计划》项目骨干专业3个，兴辽卓越专业群4个。教学科研仪器设备总值8571.1万元，生均教学科研仪器设备值11828.5元，图书馆藏书32.6万册，建有省级虚拟教学实训基地9个、省级职业教育创新型实训基地4个。

With the urban construction industry as its feature, the college offers 22 majors including Municipal Engineering Technology, Construction Engineering Technology, Architectural Design, and Engineering Cost. Among them, there is 1 national-level modern apprenticeship pilot major, 3 key majors of the "Higher Vocational Education Innovation and Development Action Plan" project of the Ministry of Education, and 4 Xingliao Excellent Professional Groups. The total value of teaching and research instruments and equipment is 85.711 million yuan, with an average of 11,828.5 yuan per student. The library has 326,000 books, and there are 9 provincial-level virtual teaching training bases and 4 provincial-level vocational education innovative training bases.

学校坚持“内涵发展、特色鲜明、治理有序、精品学院”的办学理念，深化产教融合校企合作，与中铁九局、华润置地等199家企业建立合作关系，构建“订单培养-现代学徒制-产业学院”三级育人平台。学生在省部级以上专业技能大赛中获奖100余项，毕业生就业率连续多年保持在95%以上，85%以上在辽宁就业，为城市建设行业培养了大批高素质技术技能人才。

Adhering to the school-running philosophy of "connotative development, distinctive characteristics, orderly governance, and elite college", the college deepens industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation, establishing partnerships with 199 enterprises including China Railway Ninth Bureau and China Resources Land. It has built a three-level education platform of "order-based training - modern apprenticeship - industrial college". Students have won more than 100 awards in provincial and ministerial professional skills competitions, and the employment rate of graduates has remained above 95% for many years, with more than 85% employed in Liaoning, cultivating a large number of high-quality technical and skilled talents for the urban construction industry.
