辽宁工程职业学院是经辽宁省人民政府批准、国家教育部备案的全日制普通高等职业专科学校，坐落于国家园林城市——铁岭凡河新区教育园区，南临凡河，北倚凤冠山国家城市湿地公园，地理位置优越，环境优美。学院前身为2008年整合六所职业院校成立的铁岭技师学院，2010年3月正式更名为辽宁工程职业学院，现为铁岭市人民政府举办的公办院校，是国家重点技工学校、国家高技能人才培训基地、全国职工教育培训示范点及世界技能大赛中国集训基地。

Liaoning Engineering Vocational College is a full-time public higher vocational college approved by the Liaoning Provincial People's Government and registered with the Ministry of Education. Located in the Education Park of Tieling Fanhe New District, a national garden city, the college is adjacent to the Fanhe River in the south and backed by Fengguan Mountain National Urban Wetland Park, boasting a superior geographical location and beautiful environment. Its predecessor was Tieling Technician College, established in 2008 through the integration of six vocational schools. In March 2010, it was officially renamed Liaoning Engineering Vocational College. Currently, it is a public institution sponsored by the Tieling Municipal People's Government, and holds titles such as National Key Technical School, National High-skilled Talent Training Base, National Staff Education and Training Demonstration Site, and China Training Base for WorldSkills Competition.

学院占地23.26万平方米，现有在校生7593人，教职工422人，其中专任教师347人，正高级30人，副高级98人，博士、硕士研究生107人，全国及省级技术能手3人，省级专业带头人4人。学院以装备制造、交通运输、电子信息、财经商贸等7个专业大类为核心，开设机械设计与制造、新能源汽车技术、电气自动化技术等大专专业25个，建成机械工程学院、汽车工程学院等6个二级学院，累计培养毕业生2万余人。

Covering an area of 232,600 square meters, the college has 7,593 students and 422 faculty members, including 347 full-time teachers, 30 with senior professional titles, 98 with associate senior titles, 107 doctoral and master's degree holders, 3 national and provincial technical experts, and 4 provincial-level professional leaders. Focusing on 7 major professional categories such as equipment manufacturing, transportation, electronic information, and finance and trade, the college offers 25 junior college programs including Mechanical Design and Manufacturing, New Energy Vehicle Technology, and Electrical Automation Technology. It has established 6 secondary colleges such as the School of Mechanical Engineering and the School of Automotive Engineering, and has cultivated over 20,000 graduates.

学院坚持产教融合、校企合作办学模式，建有现代化实训车间7个、实验实训室63个，教学仪器设备总值超5600万元，与宁德时代、特斯拉等企业共建校企合作班级，联合培养学生2200余人。作为世界技能大赛工业控制项目中国集训基地，学院在技能人才培养方面成效显著，师生多次在国家级职业技能竞赛中获奖，为辽宁全面振兴提供了坚实的技术技能人才支撑。

Adhering to the school-running model of industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation, the college has built 7 modern training workshops and 63 laboratories, with teaching equipment worth over 56 million yuan. It has established school-enterprise cooperation classes with enterprises such as CATL and Tesla, jointly training more than 2,200 students. As the China Training Base for the Industrial Control Project of the WorldSkills Competition, the college has achieved remarkable results in cultivating skilled talents, with teachers and students winning awards in national vocational skills competitions many times, providing solid technical and skilled talent support for the comprehensive revitalization of Liaoning.
