辽宁广告职业学院建于1993年，是国内首批以广告专业为主的普通高等职业学院，隶属辽宁省教育厅。学院坐落于沈阳北郊沈北大学城，与辽宁大学、沈阳师范大学等高校共同构成高校文化圈，占地面积425499平方米，建筑面积127887平方米，馆藏图书36.41万册，现有在校生5000余名。

Liaoning Advertising Vocational College, founded in 1993, is one of the earliest ordinary higher vocational colleges in China focusing on advertising majors, affiliated to Liaoning Provincial Department of Education. Located in the Shenbei University Town in the northern suburbs of Shenyang, the college forms a university cultural circle together with Liaoning University, Shenyang Normal University and other institutions of higher learning. It covers an area of 425,499 square meters with a building area of 127,887 square meters, a collection of 364,100 books, and more than 5,000 current students.

学院以广告专业为特色，开设市场营销、广告营销与策划、广告设计与制作、视觉传达艺术设计、影视编导等22个专业及18个培养方向。拥有8000平方米实训大楼，配备模拟广告公司、摄影棚、多媒体教室等先进实训设施，并创建九鼎视像文化传播有限公司、中国移动辽宁创业孵化基地，形成“智能实训+订单培养”的教学模式，毕业生就业率连续十余年超95%，获评沈阳市创业就业先进单位。

With advertising as its featured major, the college offers 22 majors and 18 training directions, including Marketing, Advertising Marketing and Planning, Advertising Design and Production, Visual Communication Design, and Film and Television Directing. It has an 8,000-square-meter training building equipped with advanced training facilities such as simulated advertising companies, photography studios, and multimedia classrooms. It has also established Jiuding Visual Culture Communication Co., Ltd. and China Mobile Liaoning Entrepreneurship Incubation Base, forming a teaching model of "intelligent training + order-based training". The employment rate of graduates has exceeded 95% for more than ten consecutive years, and it has been awarded the Advanced Unit for Entrepreneurship and Employment in Shenyang.

学院采用“二元互导”管理模式，鼓励学生参与民主管理，定期举办“尊师敬学重教”听证会（已举办50期），获评辽宁省大学生思想政治教育精品活动。院长高凯征教授为著名美学家、博士生导师，学院师资中副教授以上职称占比2/3，注重理论与实践结合，通过考试改革（研讨式、谈话式等多元考核）和案例教学培养应用型广告人才。

The college adopts a "dual mutual guidance" management model, encouraging students to participate in democratic management and regularly holding "Respecting Teachers, Valuing Learning and Education" hearings (50 sessions held so far), which was awarded the Excellent Activity for Ideological and Political Education of College Students in Liaoning Province. Professor Gao Kaizheng, the president, is a famous aesthetician and doctoral supervisor. Two-thirds of the college's teachers have associate senior titles or above. Focusing on the integration of theory and practice, the college cultivates applied advertising talents through examination reforms (diversified assessments such as seminar-style and conversation-style) and case teaching.
