辽宁石化职业技术学院是省属公办全日制高等职业院校，国家首批骨干高职院校优秀校、省高水平现代化高职院校、省“兴辽卓越”高职院校建设单位。学校位于辽宁省锦州市，设滨海、古塔2个校区，始建于1952年，2002年经辽宁省政府批准，由辽宁省教育厅与中国石油锦州石化公司共同组建，2017年辽宁省农业经济学校并入。学校是教育部示范性职教集团培育单位、辽宁石化职教集团理事长单位，荣获全国职业教育先进单位、辽宁省文明校园等称号。

Liaoning Petrochemical Vocational and Technical College is a public full-time higher vocational college, an excellent school of the first batch of national backbone higher vocational colleges, a provincial high-level modern higher vocational college, and a construction unit of "Xingliao Excellence" higher vocational colleges in Liaoning Province. Located in Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province, the college has two campuses: Binhai and Guta. Founded in 1952, it was jointly established by Liaoning Provincial Department of Education and PetroChina Jinzhou Petrochemical Company with the approval of Liaoning Provincial Government in 2002. In 2017, Liaoning Agricultural Economic School was merged into the college. It is a demonstration vocational education group cultivation unit of the Ministry of Education, the chairman unit of Liaoning Petrochemical Vocational Education Group, and has been awarded the title of National Advanced Unit of Vocational Education and Civilized Campus of Liaoning Province.

学校现有教职工446人，其中专任教师364人，国家级职业教育教师创新团队2个，全国优秀教师1人，省职业教育教学名师7人。开设中高职专业51个，石油化工技术专业群等4个专业群为A等省级“兴辽卓越”立项建设专业群，建有国家级示范性虚拟仿真实训基地、省级产教融合实训基地等145个校内实训室和83个校外实训基地。在校生近9000人，毕业生就业率连续多年保持在98%以上，为中石油、中石化、中海油等企业培养了大批高素质技术技能人才，党的二十大代表李云龙、全国五一劳动奖章获得者曹宽等是优秀毕业生代表。

The college has 446 faculty members, including 364 full-time teachers, 2 national vocational education teacher innovation teams, 1 national excellent teacher, and 7 provincial vocational education teaching masters. It offers 51 secondary and higher vocational majors, with 4 professional groups such as the Petrochemical Technology professional group being rated as Grade A provincial "Xingliao Excellence" project construction professional groups. The college has built 145 on-campus training rooms and 83 off-campus training bases, including a national demonstration virtual simulation training base and a provincial industry-education integration training base. There are nearly 9,000 students, and the employment rate of graduates has remained above 98% for many years. It has cultivated a large number of high-quality technical and skilled talents for enterprises such as PetroChina, Sinopec, and CNOOC. Li Yunlong, a delegate to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and Cao Kuan, a winner of the National May 1st Labor Medal, are representatives of outstanding graduates.
