辽宁商贸职业学院成立于2005年4月，前身是始建于1984年的辽宁农业管理干部学院，是一所公办省属普通高等职业学院。学院位于中国东北中心城市沈阳，毗邻世界文化遗产清福陵，周边教育科研单位集中，校园环境幽雅，学术气氛浓郁，是求知治学的理想之地。

Liaoning Vocational College of Commerce was established in April 2005, with its predecessor being Liaoning Agricultural Management Cadre College founded in 1984. It is a public provincial ordinary higher vocational college. Located in Shenyang, the central city of Northeast China, the college is adjacent to the Qing Fuling Mausoleum, a world cultural heritage site. Surrounded by concentrated educational and scientific research institutions, it boasts an elegant campus environment and a strong academic atmosphere, making it an ideal place for learning and scholarship.

学院拥有一支以专业带头人为主导、优秀中青年教师为骨干、双师型教师为特色的师资队伍。教师队伍中，现有教授20人，副教授40人，注册会计师、律师、经济师、土地评估师等双师型教师占教师总数的70%以上。学院开设商务贸易、公共管理、信息技术、财务管理、技术经济、商务外语等多个系部，涵盖连锁经营与管理、现代物流管理、人力资源管理、计算机网络技术、会计核算、商务英语等多个专业领域。

The college has a teaching staff led by professional leaders, supported by outstanding young and middle-aged teachers, and featuring double-qualified teachers. Among the teaching staff, there are 20 professors, 40 associate professors, and over 70% of them are double-qualified teachers such as certified public accountants, lawyers, economists, and land valuers. The college has multiple departments including Business and Trade, Public Management, Information Technology, Financial Management, Technical Economy, and Business Foreign Languages, covering various professional fields such as Chain Operation and Management, Modern Logistics Management, Human Resource Management, Computer Network Technology, Accounting, and Business English.
