内蒙古北方职业技术学院座落于自治区首府呼和浩特市大学城，始建于1984年，是经自治区人民政府批准、国家教育部备案、国家计划统一招生的全日制综合性普通高等职业院校。学院以医药、护理专业为特色，理工和经管类专业为支撑，形成了高职教育为主、中等职业教育和成人继续教育为辅的办学格局，先后被评为自治区示范性高职院校、优秀办学单位等荣誉称号。

Inner Mongolia Northern Vocational and Technical College is located in the University Town of Hohhot, the capital of the autonomous region. Founded in 1984, it is a full-time comprehensive ordinary higher vocational college approved by the People's Government of the Autonomous Region, registered by the Ministry of Education, and enrolled under the national unified enrollment plan. The college features medicine and nursing majors, supported by engineering, management and economic majors, forming a school-running pattern dominated by higher vocational education and supplemented by secondary vocational education and adult continuing education. 学院占地521亩，建筑面积12万平方米，教学仪器设备总值3000余万元，各类图书资料30余万册。建有护理、建筑、机电等标准化实训基地60余个，拥有附属医院、实训工厂等教学实践机构，并与10余家三级甲等医院及60余家企业建立了校企合作关系，为学生提供全方位实践教学保障。

The college covers an area of 521 mu with a building area of 120,000 square meters. The total value of teaching instruments and equipment is more than 30 million yuan, and there are more than 300,000 books of various types. It has built more than 60 standardized training bases for nursing, architecture, mechanical and electrical engineering, etc., and has teaching practice institutions such as affiliated hospitals and training factories. It has also established school-enterprise cooperation relationships with more than 10 tertiary grade A hospitals and more than 60 enterprises to provide all-round practical teaching support for students.
