齐齐哈尔理工职业学院坐落于黑龙江省齐齐哈尔市，是经黑龙江省政府批准、教育部备案的民办理工类普通高等职业院校，创建于1981年，前身为齐齐哈尔市职工建筑工程学院和齐齐哈尔市城建局中等专业学校，2011年正式更名为现用校名。学院由黑龙江运建集团独资办学，依托集团在房地产开发、科技研发等领域的产业优势，形成了“校企一体、产教融合”的办学特色。校园占地面积641亩，环境优美，绿荫蔽日，传统与现代建筑交融，被誉为齐齐哈尔市“园林式单位”，并被列为市级文物保护单位。

Qiqihar Polytechnic College is located in Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province. It is a private general higher vocational college approved by the Heilongjiang Provincial Government and registered with the Ministry of Education. Founded in 1981, its predecessors were Qiqihar Vocational College of Architectural Engineering and Qiqihar Urban Construction Bureau Secondary Professional School. It was officially renamed to its current name in 2011. The college is solely funded by Heilongjiang Yunjian Group, leveraging the group's industrial advantages in real estate development, technological research and development, etc., to form a school-running characteristic of "integration of school and enterprise, integration of production and education". The campus covers an area of 641 mu, with a beautiful environment, shaded by green trees, and a blend of traditional and modern architecture. It is known as a "garden-style unit" in Qiqihar City and has been listed as a municipal cultural relics protection unit.

学院设有建筑工程学院、机电工程学院、现代服务与管理学院、信息工程学院4个二级学院及3个教学单位，开设建筑工程技术、智能制造装备技术、软件技术、大数据与会计、空中乘务等20余个专业，形成了以理工为主、多学科协调发展的专业体系。师资力量雄厚，“双师型”教师占比超过60%，拥有省级优秀教师、师德先进个人等一批高水平教学团队。近年来，学生在省级以上技能竞赛中屡获佳绩，先后斩获黑龙江省行业-专业-就业分析大赛特等奖、英雄联盟高校联赛黑龙江赛区冠军等荣誉。

The college has 4 secondary colleges including the School of Architectural Engineering, School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, School of Modern Service and Management, School of Information Engineering, and 3 teaching units. It offers more than 20 majors such as Architectural Engineering Technology, Intelligent Manufacturing Equipment Technology, Software Technology, Big Data and Accounting, and Flight Attendant, forming a professional system dominated by science and engineering with coordinated development of multiple disciplines. The faculty is strong, with "double-qualified" teachers accounting for more than 60%, and a group of high-level teaching teams including provincial excellent teachers and advanced individuals in teacher ethics. In recent years, students have achieved excellent results in skill competitions above the provincial level, successively winning the special prize of Heilongjiang Provincial Industry-Professional-Employment Analysis Competition, the champion of Heilongjiang Division of League of Legends College League and other honors.

学院秉承“厚德求真、励志笃行”的校训，恪守“求真、博技、进取、创新”的校风，致力于培养适应区域经济发展需要的高素质技术技能人才。先后荣获黑龙江省高校系统文明校园、优秀征兵工作站等称号，目前正积极筹建齐齐哈尔市冰球运动学院，朝着打造本科层次职业院校的目标稳步迈进。

It has successively won titles such as Civilized Campus of Heilongjiang Provincial College System and Excellent Recruitment Workstation. Currently, it is actively preparing to establish Qiqihar Ice Hockey College, steadily moving towards the goal of building an undergraduate-level vocational college.
