上海思博职业技术学院是2003年经上海市人民政府批准建立的营利性全日制民办高等职业技术学院，全称为上海思博职业技术学院有限公司，主管部门为上海市教委，坐落于上海市浦东新区惠南镇城南路1408号。学校占地面积498亩，建筑面积近15万平方米，现有全日制在校生7100余人，专职教师300余人，具有高级职称者占32.79%，硕士研究生以上学历者占62.99%。

Shanghai Sibo Polytechnic is a for-profit full-time private higher vocational and technical college approved by the Shanghai Municipal People's Government in 2003. Its full name is Shanghai Sibo Polytechnic Co., Ltd., under the supervision of the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission, located at No. 1408 Chengnan Road, Huinan Town, Pudong New Area, Shanghai. The school covers an area of 498 mu with a building area of nearly 150,000 square meters, currently having over 7,100 full-time students and more than 300 full-time teachers, among whom 32.79% have senior professional titles and 62.99% have master's degree or above.

学校秉持“相信人人有才，帮助人人成才”的育人理念，构建了“全面育人”教育模式，形成了工、商、管、医、艺多门类协调发展的专业布局，下设5个二级学院和1个直属系，开设35个专业（含方向），拥有3个上海市一流专业、5个骨干专业，18个1+X证书制度试点专业，19门上海市级精品课程及14个上海市优秀教学团队。

With distinct school-running characteristics, it is a Shanghai first-class higher vocational construction college and a Shanghai characteristic (demonstrative) higher vocational college. It has successively won many honorary titles such as Advanced Unit for Scientific Research Work in National Higher Vocational Colleges, National Defense Education Characteristic School of the Ministry of Education, and Shanghai Civilized Campus. Since 2016, it has continuously ranked first in the comprehensive strength of private higher vocational colleges in Shanghai, with core indicators such as graduate employment rate and professional relevance reaching the standards of national demonstration higher vocational colleges.
