上海中华职业技术学院承续百年职教薪火，其前身可追溯至1917年黄炎培先生联合蔡元培、梁启超等先驱创办的中华职业教育社及中国首所现代职业学校——上海中华职业学校。2003年正式开启办学，2025年整体搬迁至崇明新校区，由普利兹克奖得主阿尔瓦罗·西扎、安藤忠雄等国际建筑大师联袂设计，打造集人文、生态、科技于一体的未来校园。

Shanghai Zhonghua Vocational and Technical College inherits a century of vocational education heritage, tracing its roots to the China Vocational Education Society founded in 1917 by Huang Yanpei, Cai Yuanpei, Liang Qichao and other pioneers, along with Shanghai Zhonghua Vocational School, China's first modern vocational school. Officially established in 2003, the college relocated to its new Chongming campus in 2025, designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architects Alvaro Siza and Tadao Ando, creating a future-oriented campus integrating humanities, ecology and technology.

学院秉持"使无业者有业，使有业者乐业"的职教初心，践行"双手万能，手脑并用"理念，设立人工智能应用学院与现代服务学院，开设人工智能技术应用、工业互联网技术、智能机器人技术、酒店管理与数字化运营四大特色专业。依托与卡内基梅隆大学、瑞士理诺士酒店管理学院等国际名校合作，构建"国际合作+产教融合+高本贯通"三维育人体系，实践教学课时占比超50%，校内建有20余个实训基地。

Adhering to the vocational education mission of "Enabling the unemployed to have jobs and the employed to enjoy their jobs" and practicing the concept of "All hands are capable, combining hands and brains", the college has established the School of Artificial Intelligence Application and the School of Modern Services, offering four characteristic majors: Artificial Intelligence Technology Application, Industrial Internet Technology, Intelligent Robot Technology, and Hotel Management and Digital Operation. Relying on cooperation with international prestigious universities such as Carnegie Mellon University and Switzerland's Les Roches酒店管理学院, it has built a three-dimensional education system of "international cooperation + industry-education integration + higher education articulation", with practical teaching accounting for over 50% of class hours and more than 20 training bases on campus.

师资力量雄厚，人工智能应用学院由清华大学孙茂松院士领衔，专业课教师100%毕业于985高校；现代服务学院70%专业教师来自酒店行业高级管理者，60%以上为双师型人才。2025年开启的新校区以AI驱动教学改革，致力于培养兼具本土情怀与全球竞争力的技术技能人才，为上海乃至全国的产业升级提供人才支撑。

The college boasts a strong faculty. The School of Artificial Intelligence Application is led by Academician Sun Maosong from Tsinghua University, with 100% of professional course teachers graduating from 985 universities. In the School of Modern Services, 70% of professional teachers are senior managers from the hotel industry, and over 60% are double-qualified talents. The new campus, launched in 2025, drives teaching reform with AI, committed to cultivating technical and skilled talents with both local feelings and global competitiveness, providing talent support for industrial upgrading in Shanghai and across the country.
