沈阳城市建设学院前身为沈阳建筑大学城市建设学院，成立于2000年，2013年经教育部批准转设为独立设置的普通高校。学校是一所以培养应用型人才为主的全日制本科学校，现有在校本专科生近1.2万余人。

Shenyang Urban Construction University, formerly known as the Urban Construction College of Shenyang Jianzhu University, was founded in 2000 and approved by the Ministry of Education to be transformed into an independent general higher education institution in 2013. It is a full-time undergraduate university focusing on cultivating applied talents, with nearly 12,000 undergraduate and junior college students currently enrolled.

学校位于辽宁省沈阳市浑南核心区大学城内，占地61.62万平方米，建筑面积44.77万平方米。校园环境优美，教学设施先进，拥有现代化图书馆（馆藏纸质图书129.18万册）、国际标准足球场及室内运动场馆。学校以工为主，构建了工、管、艺、文、经多学科协调发展的学科布局，形成了一支专兼结合、素质优良的师资队伍，自有专任教师中94.85%具有硕士、博士学位。

Located in the university town of Hunnan Core District, Shenyang, Liaoning Province, the university covers an area of 616,200 square meters with a building area of 447,700 square meters. It boasts a beautiful campus with advanced teaching facilities, including a modern library (housing 1.2918 million paper books), an international standard football field, and indoor sports venues. With engineering as its main focus, the university has established a disciplinary layout featuring coordinated development of engineering, management, art, liberal arts, and economics, and has formed a high-quality teaching team combining full-time and part-time teachers, among whom 94.85% of the full-time teachers hold master's or doctoral degrees.
