陕西青年职业学院是经陕西省人民政府批准、国家教育部备案的公办普通高等学校，位于历史文化名城古都西安，与陕西省团校两块牌子、一套机构，既举办高等职业教育，又承担陕西省共青团干部及其他青少年工作者的教育培训任务。学院由1952年创办的陕西省团校发展而来，历经陕西青年干部学院、陕西青年管理干部学院等阶段，2005年正式转制为普通高职院校。

Shaanxi Youth Vocational College is a public ordinary higher education institution approved by the Shaanxi Provincial People's Government and registered with the Ministry of Education. Located in the historical and cultural city of Xi'an, it operates under the dual designation of "Shaanxi Youth Vocational College" and "Shaanxi Provincial Communist Youth League School", undertaking both higher vocational education and training for Communist Youth League cadres and other youth workers in Shaanxi Province. Founded in 1952 as the Shaanxi Provincial Communist Youth League School, it evolved through stages as Shaanxi Youth Cadre College and Shaanxi Youth Management Cadre College before being officially restructured into a regular vocational college in 2005.

学院现有含光、灞桥两个校区，设有文化传媒系、财经系、管理系等10个二级教学单位，教职工450余名，在校生8000余人。构建了传媒、财经、商务、信息技术、师范教育、艺术等六大专业群，开设三年制高职专业32个、五年制高职专业9个，拥有广告设计与制作、会计等5个省级重点专业及多个省级综合改革试点专业。学院注重实践教学，建有69个高标准专业实训室，3个实训设施群被评为省级示范性实训基地，双师型教师占比达65%，连续多年保持高就业率。

The college has two campuses (Hanguang and Baqiao) and 10 secondary teaching units including the Department of Culture and Media, Department of Finance and Economics, and Department of Management. It has over 450 faculty members and more than 8,000 students. The college has established six major professional groups covering media, finance and economics, business, information technology, teacher education, and art, offering 32 three-year vocational programs and 9 five-year vocational programs. It boasts 5 provincial key majors such as Advertising Design and Production and Accounting, as well as multiple provincial comprehensive reform pilot majors. Emphasizing practical teaching, the college has built 69 high-standard professional training rooms, with 3 training facility clusters rated as provincial demonstration training bases. "Double-qualified" teachers account for 65% of the faculty, and the college has maintained a high employment rate for many consecutive years.
