沈阳北软信息职业技术学院（以下简称北软）是经辽宁省人民政府批准设立、国家教育部2012年3月备案、以工科为主的全日制民办高职学院，前身是成立于2001年的首批省级示范软件学院——沈阳航空航天大学北方软件学院。学院坐落在辽宁省沈阳市沈北新区沈北路53号。

Shenyang Beiruan Information Vocational and Technical College (hereinafter referred to as Beiruan) is a full-time private higher vocational college approved by the People's Government of Liaoning Province, filed by the Ministry of Education in March 2012, and mainly focused on engineering. Its predecessor is the Northern Software College of Shenyang Aerospace University, which was established in 2001 as one of the first batch of provincial demonstration software colleges. The college is located at No. 53 Shenbei Road, Shenbei New District, Shenyang City, Liaoning Province.

建院以来，学院形成了集研究开发、人才培养、成果产业化为一体的产、学、研人才培养和就业基地，打造了格微协同翻译生产线（国家级教学实践平台）、航空发动机知识化设计支撑平台（国防专项教学实践平台）等多个教学实践平台，构建了计算机应用、航空工程、商务管理、数媒动漫等特色专业群，培养了万余名深受国防、航空航天、装备制造、软件互联网等行业领域欢迎的专业人才，是辽宁省技能型领军人才和实用人才培养的重要基地。

Since its establishment, the college has formed a production, teaching, and research talent training and employment base integrating research and development, talent cultivation, and achievement industrialization. It has built multiple teaching practice platforms such as the Gewei Collaborative Translation Production Line (national-level teaching practice platform) and the Aero-engine Knowledge-based Design Support Platform (national defense special teaching practice platform). It has constructed characteristic professional groups including computer application, aviation engineering, business management, and digital media animation. The college has cultivated tens of thousands of professionals who are well-received in industries such as national defense, aerospace, equipment manufacturing, software and internet, and is an important base for cultivating skilled leading talents and practical talents in Liaoning Province.
