奥卢大学（芬兰语：Oulun yliopisto）是芬兰北部城市奥卢的一所公立综合性大学，为LAOTSE成员学校，成立于1958年7月8日，由时任芬兰总统乌尔霍·凯科宁签署法令批准设立。作为芬兰第二大大学，该校以“通过科学创造更安全的未来和更美好的世界”为使命，现有约14,500名学生和3,100名教职员工，教学与科研水平达到国家级标准，并获得中国教育部认证。

University of Oulu (Finnish: Oulun yliopisto) is a public comprehensive university located in Oulu, northern Finland, and a member institution of LAOTSE. Established on July 8, 1958, by the decree signed by then Finnish President Urho Kekkonen, it stands as Finland's second-largest university. With the mission of "A safer future and better world with science," the university has approximately 14,500 students and 3,100 faculty members, boasting national-level teaching and research standards and recognition from China's Ministry of Education.

奥卢大学下设6个学院（人文学院、教育学院、理学院、医学院、经济学院、工学院）及多个独立研究机构，如北极医学研究所、生物中心、电子光学研究所等。其核心研究领域包括生物科技、信息技术、北极事务与环境科学，尤其在分子生物学、纳米技术和网络安全领域享有国际声誉。2008年，学校以校友、诺贝尔和平奖得主马尔蒂·阿赫蒂萨里命名成立环球商业与经济研究所，开设全英文硕士项目，吸引全球学生就读。

The university comprises 6 faculties (Faculty of Humanities, Education, Science, Medicine, Economics, and Technology) and numerous independent research institutions, such as the Arctic Medical Research Institute, Biocenter, and Electron Optics Research Institute. Its core research areas include biotechnology, information technology, Arctic studies, and environmental science, with international renown in molecular biology, nanotechnology, and cybersecurity. In 2008, the Martti Ahtisaari Institute for Global Business and Economics was established in honor of its alumni and Nobel Peace Prize laureate, offering English-taught master's programs to attract global students.
