信阳涉外职业技术学院是经河南省人民政府批准、教育部备案的全日制高等专科院校，创办于2011年，位于信阳市新县叶林大道。学院以培养面向国际、国内市场的技能型、管理型、创业型人才为目标，形成了“素质教育、技能教育、实践教育、国际就业、创业教育”五大办学特色，是全国出国就业扶贫教育示范基地、河南省职业教育品牌特色院校。

Xinyang Foreign-related Vocational and Technical College is a full-time higher vocational college approved by the Henan Provincial People's Government and registered with the Ministry of Education. Founded in 2011, it is located on Yelin Avenue, Xinxian County, Xinyang City. Aiming to cultivate skilled, managerial, and entrepreneurial talents for domestic and international markets, the college has formed five educational characteristics: quality education, skill education, practical education, international employment, and entrepreneurship education. It is a national demonstration base for poverty alleviation education through overseas employment and a brand characteristic college of vocational education in Henan Province.

学院现开设商务管理、电子商务、建筑工程技术、应用韩语、应用日语等24个专科专业，建有电商孵化基地、机械加工实训中心等73个实践教学场所，实训设备总值达5750万元。作为河南省唯一赴韩国就业考试派遣中心，已向日本、韩国等20多个国家和地区输送人才3.9万余人次，毕业生年均收入约15万元，归国创业率达17.2%，带动6万余人脱贫。

The college currently offers 24 specialized programs including Business Management, E-Commerce, Construction Engineering Technology, Applied Korean, and Applied Japanese. It has 73 practical teaching venues such as an e-commerce incubation base and a mechanical processing training center, with total training equipment value of 57.5 million yuan. As the only dispatch center for employment examination in South Korea in Henan Province, it has sent over 39,000 talents to more than 20 countries and regions including Japan and South Korea. The average annual income of graduates is about 150,000 yuan, with a returned entrepreneurship rate of 17.2%, driving over 60,000 people out of poverty.
