营口职业技术学院是经辽宁省人民政府批准、教育部备案的全日制普通高等学校，地处我国首批沿海开放城市、国家自贸试验区片区城市——营口。学校是辽宁省职业教育改革发展示范校、高水平特色专业群建设单位、现代学徒制试点和示范学校、全国学校急救教育试点学校。

Yingkou Vocational and Technical College is a full-time ordinary higher education institution approved by the Liaoning Provincial People's Government and registered with the Ministry of Education. It is located in Yingkou, one of China's first coastal open cities and a pilot free trade zone. The college is a model school for vocational education reform and development in Liaoning Province, a construction unit for high-level characteristic professional groups, a pilot and demonstration school for modern apprenticeship, and a national pilot school for first-aid education.

学校始建于1959年，2000年由多所院校合并组建，2018年营口市卫生学校并入。现占地面积48.1万平方米，建筑面积24万平方米，设有机电工程学院、建筑工程学院等12个教学部门，开设34个专业，全日制在校生1.2万余人，教职工600人，双师型教师占比71%。毕业生就业率94%以上，在辽就业创业率85%，是区域经济社会发展的重要人才培养基地。

Founded in 1959, the college was established by merging multiple institutions in 2000, and Yingkou Health School was incorporated in 2018. It currently covers an area of 481,000 square meters with a building area of 240,000 square meters. The college has 12 teaching departments including the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering and the School of Architectural Engineering, offering 34 majors. It has over 12,000 full-time students and 600 faculty members, with "double-qualified" teachers accounting for 71%. The employment rate of graduates exceeds 94%, and the employment and entrepreneurship rate in Liaoning Province is 85%, making it an important talent training base for regional economic and social development.
