阿克苏工业职业技术学院是经新疆维吾尔自治区人民政府2023年3月26日批准、教育部备案的公办全日制高等职业院校，隶属阿克苏地区行署管理，是地区2023年十件民生实事之一。学院位于国家级库车经济技术开发区，总规划占地面积930亩，一期占地263.8亩，投入资金3.2亿元，校舍建筑面积8.1万平方米，校园环境优美，生活设施完善。

Aksu Industry Polytechnic College is a public full-time higher vocational college approved by the People's Government of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region on March 26, 2023 and filed by the Ministry of Education. Affiliated to the Administrative Office of Aksu Prefecture, it is one of the ten practical people's livelihood projects of the prefecture in 2023. Located in the national-level Kuqa Economic and Technological Development Zone, the college has a total planned area of 930 mu, with the first phase covering 263.8 mu, an investment of 320 million yuan, and a school building area of 81,000 square meters, featuring a beautiful campus environment and complete living facilities.

学院紧贴自治区十大产业集群和地区千亿级产业发展需求，构建了石油化工技术、煤化工技术、机械制造及自动化、电气自动化技术等15个工科专业体系，形成"产业需求+专业集群+课程体系+人才培养"闭环机制。现有教职工103人，其中副教授及以上23人，硕士学历26人，组建6个院级名师工作室，聘请南京大学等高校专家担任客座教授。

Closely aligned with the development needs of the autonomous region's top ten industrial clusters and the prefecture's 100-billion-level industries, the college has established a system of 15 engineering majors including Petrochemical Technology, Coal Chemical Technology, Mechanical Manufacturing and Automation, and Electrical Automation Technology, forming a closed-loop mechanism of "industrial demand + professional clusters + curriculum system + talent cultivation". It currently has 103 faculty members, including 23 associate professors or above, 26 with master's degrees, 6 college-level famous teacher studios, and experts from universities such as Nanjing University as visiting professors.

学院注重产教融合与实践教学，建有156个校外实训基地，与50余家行业龙头企业开展"订单班""校中厂"等合作模式，2025年首届校园招聘会吸引50家企业提供1064个岗位，毕业生就业率达95%以上，85%扎根南疆工业领域。作为南疆工科职业教育新高地，学院致力于培养"下得去、留得住、用得好"的高素质技术技能人才，为区域经济社会发展提供人才支撑。

The college emphasizes industry-education integration and practical teaching, with 156 off-campus training bases and cooperation models such as "order classes" and "factories in school" with over 50 leading enterprises in the industry. The first campus job fair in 2025 attracted 50 enterprises offering 1,064 positions, with a graduate employment rate of over 95% and 85% rooted in the industrial sector of southern Xinjiang. As a new highland for engineering vocational education in southern Xinjiang, the college is committed to cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents who "can go down, stay, and be useful", providing talent support for regional economic and social development.
