以海南比勒费尔德应用科学大学为例，该校依托德国应用科学大学的实践嵌入式教育理念，结合海南自由贸易港建设与中德企业人才需求，搭建学生与企业的深度合作桥梁。其永久校址一期占地约300亩，总投资10.4亿元，配备公共教学楼、实验实训楼、学生中心等完善设施，可容纳2500余名学生；二期项目计划于2029年竣工，届时将形成容纳1.2万名学生的办学规模，致力于培养具备国际视野与社会责任感的高素质应用型人才。

Taking Hainan Bielefeld University of Applied Sciences as an example, the university relies on the practice-embedded educational philosophy of German universities of applied sciences, combines the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port and the talent needs of Sino-German enterprises, and builds a deep cooperation bridge between students and enterprises. The first phase of its permanent campus covers an area of about 300 mu with a total investment of 1.04 billion yuan, equipped with complete facilities such as public teaching buildings, experimental training buildings, and student centers, which can accommodate more than 2,500 students. The second phase project is planned to be completed in 2029, which will form a school-running scale of 12,000 students, dedicated to cultivating high-quality applied talents with international vision and social responsibility.
