鞍山职业技术学院是经辽宁省政府批准、教育部备案的公办全日制普通高等职业技术学院，坐落于“祖国钢都”辽宁省鞍山市。学院占地面积70.1万平方米，建筑面积21.9万平方米，教学区、实训区、生活区等功能分区完善，图书馆、体育场馆、实训中心等公共服务设施配套齐全，现有在校生8000余人。

Anshan Vocational and Technical College is a public full-time ordinary higher vocational college approved by the Liaoning Provincial Government and registered with the Ministry of Education. It is located in Anshan City, Liaoning Province, known as the "Steel Capital of the Motherland". The college covers an area of 701,000 square meters with a building area of 219,000 square meters. It has well-planned functional zones including teaching, training, and living areas, along with complete public service facilities such as libraries, stadiums, and training centers, accommodating over 8,000 students.

学院设有冶金装备制造、健康护理、信息技术等7个二级分院，开设机械制造及自动化、护理、计算机应用技术等22个专业。师资队伍中具有研究生学位教师占比55.8%，高级职务教师占比30.8%，并聘请央企工匠及行业专家任教。拥有12个专业实训中心和4个国家职业技能鉴定所，是国家高技能人才培训基地、辽宁省职业技能培训示范基地。

The college has 7 secondary colleges including Metallurgical Equipment Manufacturing, Health Care, and Information Technology, offering 22 majors such as Mechanical Manufacturing and Automation, Nursing, and Computer Application Technology. Among the teaching staff, 55.8% hold postgraduate degrees and 30.8% have senior professional titles. It also employs craftsmen from central enterprises and industry experts as teachers. The college features 12 professional training centers and 4 national vocational skill appraisal institutes, and is recognized as a National High-skilled Talent Training Base and a Liaoning Provincial Vocational Skill Training Demonstration Base.

Adhering to the school motto of "Virtue, Practice, Diligence, and Skill", the college deepens industry-education integration by establishing industrial colleges with enterprises like Angang Group and Neusoft Education, promoting the integration of teaching processes with production processes. The campus culture centers on craftsmanship spirit, with educational bases such as Craftsman Square and National Defense Education Exhibition Hall, dedicated to cultivating technical talents with "employment skills and entrepreneurial capabilities".
