安阳学院坐落于国家历史文化名城、世界文化遗产殷墟所在地、红旗渠精神诞生地——河南安阳。学校前身为2003年成立的安阳师范学院人文管理学院，2016年经教育部批准转设为独立设置的民办普通本科高校，2019年获批硕士学位授予立项建设单位，秉承“盛德日新、自强不息”校训，形成以工为主、多学科协调发展的办学格局。

Anyang University is located in Anyang, Henan Province, a national historical and cultural city, the site of the world cultural heritage Yin Ruins, and the birthplace of the Hongqiqu Spirit. Formerly known as the College of Humanities and Management of Anyang Normal University founded in 2003, it was approved by the Ministry of Education to be transformed into an independent private general undergraduate university in 2016. In 2019, it was approved as a project construction unit for granting master's degrees. Adhering to the school motto of "Virtue Renovated Daily, Self-Improvement Persevered", it has formed a school-running pattern dominated by engineering and coordinated development of multiple disciplines.

学校现有安阳、原阳两个校区，总占地面积3000余亩，校舍建筑面积88万平方米，教学科研仪器设备总值2亿多元，馆藏纸质图书300多万册。设有13个二级学院、42个本科专业，涵盖管、工、文、艺等8大学科门类，在校生3万余人，拥有省级重点学科1个、省级一流本科专业建设点2个，构建了航空、商科、艺术三大特色专业集群。

The university has two campuses in Anyang and Yuanyang, covering a total area of over 3,000 mu, with a building area of 880,000 square meters. The total value of teaching and research instruments and equipment exceeds 200 million yuan, and the collection of paper books exceeds 3 million volumes. It has 13 secondary colleges and 42 undergraduate majors, covering 8 disciplines including management, engineering, literature, and art, with more than 30,000 students. It boasts 1 provincial key discipline, 2 provincial first-class undergraduate major construction sites, and has built three characteristic professional clusters in aviation, business, and art.

学校坚持“立德树人、知行合一”办学理念，现有全国模范教师、国务院特殊津贴专家等高层次人才30余人，建有实验实训室378个、校外实习基地202个，近五年学生获国家级奖项700余项。积极融入地方发展，与企业共建产业学院，培养应用型人才，先后荣获“河南省文明校园”“河南省优秀民办学校”等称号。

Adhering to the educational philosophy of "Cultivating Morality and Nurturing Talents, Integration of Knowledge and Practice", the university has more than 30 high-level talents including national model teachers and experts enjoying special government allowances from the State Council. It has built 378 experimental training rooms and 202 off-campus internship bases, with students winning over 700 national awards in the past five years. Actively integrating into local development, it has co-built industrial colleges with enterprises to cultivate applied talents, and has successively won titles such as "Civilized Campus of Henan Province" and "Excellent Private School of Henan Province".
