阿塞拜疆国立经济大学（Azerbaijan State University of Economics，简称UNEC）成立于1930年，是阿塞拜疆规模最大、最具影响力的经济类高等学府之一，主校区位于首都巴库。学校以经济学、管理学、数字经济等学科为特色，拥有14个学院，提供57个硕士专业方向，现有约18500名学生及1000余名教师，其中包括阿塞拜疆国家科学院成员、荣誉教师等资深学者。作为欧洲大学协会、伊斯兰世界大学联合会等国际组织成员，UNEC积极推动国际化发展，与全球多所高校建立合作关系，尤其在数字化教育转型、师生互访、联合科研等领域开展实质性合作，是该国经济人才培养和智库研究的核心基地。

Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC), founded in 1930, is one of the largest and most influential higher education institutions specializing in economics in Azerbaijan, with its main campus located in the capital city of Baku. The university features disciplines such as economics, management, and digital economics, boasting 14 faculties and offering 57 master's programs. It currently enrolls approximately 18,500 students and employs over 1,000 faculty members, including members of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences and honored teachers. As a member of international organizations like the European University Association and the Federation of Universities of the Islamic World, UNEC actively promotes internationalization, establishing partnerships with numerous global universities. It particularly engages in substantive cooperation in digital education transformation, faculty-student exchanges, and joint research, serving as a core hub for economic talent cultivation and think tank research in the country.

UNEC注重教育质量与国际标准接轨，2007年获得欧洲质量奖，其MBA项目符合国际一流商学院标准，并提供阿塞拜疆语、英语、土耳其语、俄语等多语言授课模式。学校拥有现代化教学设施，包括24小时开放的图书馆和信息中心，以及符合国际标准的七层教学大楼。近年来，UNEC重点发展数字经济、商业管理等前沿领域，与中国多所高校签署合作协议，共建教育合作中心，推动师生交流与联合人才培养，为“一带一路”沿线国家经济合作与教育文化交流贡献力量。

UNEC emphasizes aligning education quality with international standards, having been awarded the European Quality Award in 2007. Its MBA program meets first-class international business school standards and offers multilingual instruction in Azerbaijani, English, Turkish, and Russian. The university is equipped with modern teaching facilities, including a 24/7 open library and information center, as well as a seven-story educational building meeting international standards. In recent years, UNEC has focused on developing cutting-edge fields such as digital economy and business management, signing cooperation agreements with multiple Chinese universities and co-establishing educational cooperation centers to promote faculty-student exchanges and joint talent development, contributing to economic cooperation and educational-cultural exchanges among Belt and Road countries.
