博尔塔拉职业技术学院是博尔塔拉蒙古自治州唯一一所全日制普通高等院校，由博州人民政府举办，教育部备案，新疆维吾尔自治区教育厅主管。学校前身为2010年整合资源成立的博州中等职业技术学校，2017年正式获批升格为高职学院，现为第三批自治区优质高等职业学校建设单位，全国第一批职业院校数字校园建设试点校。

Boertala Polytechnic is the only full-time public higher vocational college in Boertala Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture. Sponsored by the Boertala Prefectural Government and accredited by the Ministry of Education, it is administered by the Education Department of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Founded in 2010 as Boertala Secondary Vocational and Technical School through resource integration, it was officially upgraded to a higher vocational college in 2017. Currently, it is a construction unit for the third batch of autonomous region-level high-quality higher vocational schools and one of the first batch of national vocational college digital campus construction pilot schools.

学校占地面积2051亩，总建筑面积33.57万平方米，形成"一校三区"办学格局——主校区位于博乐市赛里木湖路，另在博乐边境经济合作区设智能制造产业学院、赛里木湖景区设旅游学院。设有马克思主义学院、卫生健康学院等10个二级学院及2个教学部，开设护理、电气自动化技术等68个中高职专业，其中国汽车制造与试验技术、电子商务专业群为自治区高职骨干专业群，赛里木湖旅游产业学院案例入选教育部产教融合典型案例。

Covering an area of 2051 mu (about 136.7 hectares) with a total construction area of 335,700 square meters, the college has developed a "one college, three campuses" layout. The main campus is located on Sailimu Lake Road in Bole City, with additional Smart Manufacturing Industry College in Bole Border Economic Cooperation Zone and Tourism College at Sailimu Lake Scenic Area. It comprises 10 secondary colleges (including the School of Marxism and School of Health Sciences) and 2 teaching departments, offering 68 secondary and higher vocational programs such as Nursing and Electrical Automation Technology. Notably, its Automobile Manufacturing and Testing Technology, and E-commerce professional clusters are listed as autonomous region-level key vocational clusters, and the Sailimu Lake Tourism Industry College case has been selected as a national model case for industry-education integration by the Ministry of Education.

现有教职工574人，其中湖北省援疆教师21人，企业兼职教师215人，"双师型"教师占专业课教师比例达61%；在校学生12000余人，毕业生就业率连续4年位居自治区高校前列。学校拥有3个自治区高水平产教融合实训基地，牵头成立全国戍边文化研学产教融合共同体等平台，先后获评自治区民族团结进步示范学校、国家级公共机构水效领跑者等荣誉称号。

The college employs 574 faculty members, including 21 educational aid teachers from Hubei Province and 215 part-time enterprise instructors, with "dual-qualification" teachers accounting for 61% of professional course teachers. It enrolls over 12,000 students, and its graduate employment rate has ranked among the top in Xinjiang's colleges for four consecutive years. Equipped with 3 autonomous region-level high-standard industry-education integration training bases, the college leads the National Border Defense Culture Research Industry-Education Integration Community and other platforms. It has been honored as an Autonomous Region Model School for National Unity and Progress, and a National Public Institution Water Efficiency Leader, among other titles.
