渤海石油职业学院是经河北省人民政府批准、教育部备案，面向全国招生的全日制普通高等院校，始建于1976年华北石油会战初期，2004年12月经教育部批准更名为渤海石油职业学院，2006年8月挂牌中国石油华北技师学院，是中国石油天然气集团公司扶持的培训基地。学院位于河北省任丘市华北油田地区，毗邻“华北明珠”白洋淀，地处环渤海经济开放带，交通便利；另设北戴河校区位于秦皇岛市北戴河区。校园总占地面积1129亩，分本部、东校区、医学校区和党校四个校区，建筑面积15.5万平方米，教学仪器设备总值3827万元，图书馆藏书48.49万册，建有现代化教学设施及满足实践需求的实验室、实习工厂和实训基地，实习工厂产品远销国内外。

Bohai Petroleum Vocational College is a full-time public higher vocational college approved by the Hebei Provincial People's Government and registered with the Ministry of Education, enrolling students nationwide. Founded in the early stage of the North China Oil Campaign in 1976, it was renamed Bohai Petroleum Vocational College with the approval of the Ministry of Education in December 2004. In August 2006, it was accredited as China National Petroleum华北 Technician College, a training base supported by China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC). The college is located in the North China Oilfield area of Renqiu City, Hebei Province, adjacent to the "North China Pearl" Baiyangdian Lake, in the Bohai Rim economic opening zone with convenient transportation; additionally, it has a Beidaihe campus in Beidaihe District, Qinhuangdao City. Covering a total area of 1129 mu, the campus comprises four campuses: the main campus, East Campus, Medical Campus, and Party School, with a building area of 155,000 square meters. The total value of teaching instruments and equipment is 38.27 million yuan, and the library has a collection of 484,900 books. It is equipped with modern teaching facilities, as well as laboratories, practice factories, and training bases to meet practical needs, with products from the practice factory sold domestically and internationally.

学院以石油工程、机械制造、电气工程、财经、医学、计算机、师范类专业为主体，开设石油工程、油气储运技术、机械制造与自动化、电气自动化技术、护理、药学、计算机网络技术、会计电算化等38个专科专业，其中护理专业纳入教育部、卫生部全国护理紧缺人才培养培训工程。现有专任教师395名，其中教授、副教授108名，聘请中国工程院院士等客座教授及兼职教师46名，全日制在校生8000余名。学院坚持“一切为了学生成才”的办学理念，依托油田企业资源，培养具备创新精神和实践能力的技能型、应用型高级专门人才，在华北油田、渤海钻探等企业建有48个校外实习基地，毕业生就业率多年保持在85%以上，部分专业达95%以上。

The college focuses on majors such as petroleum engineering, mechanical manufacturing, electrical engineering, finance and economics, medicine, computer science, and teacher education, offering 38 specialized programs including Petroleum Engineering, Oil and Gas Storage and Transportation Technology, Mechanical Manufacturing and Automation, Electrical Automation Technology, Nursing, Pharmacy, Computer Network Technology, and Accounting Computerization. Among these, the Nursing program is included in the national nursing talent training project designated by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Health. The college has 395 full-time teachers, including 108 professors and associate professors, and has hired 46 visiting professors (including academicians of the Chinese Academy of Engineering) and part-time teachers, with over 8,000 full-time students. Adhering to the educational philosophy of "Everything for Students' Success" and relying on oilfield enterprise resources, it cultivates skilled and application-oriented senior professionals with innovative spirit and practical abilities. It has established 48 off-campus internship bases in enterprises such as North China Oilfield and Bohai Drilling Engineering Company, with a graduate employment rate maintained above 85% for many years, and over 95% for some majors.
