渤海大学（Bohai University）简称“渤大”，位于辽宁省锦州市，是辽宁省人民政府主办的综合性大学。学校是教育部全国毕业生就业典型经验高校，中华优秀传统文化传承基地。

Bohai University, referred to as "Bohai University" for short, is located in Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province. It is a comprehensive university sponsored by the People's Government of Liaoning Province. The university is a typical experience university for graduate employment nationwide recognized by the Ministry of Education and a base for inheriting Chinese excellent traditional culture.

渤海大学始建于1950年2月，由原锦州师范学院和原辽宁商业高等专科学校合并而成。截至2025年4月，学校有松山、滨海2个校区，占地2250余亩，总建筑面积60万平方米；设有20个二级学院，53个本科招生专业，17个一级学科硕士学位授权点和18个专业硕士学位授权点；有全日制硕士研究生、本科在校生24000余人，教师1300余人。

Bohai University was founded in February 1950, formed by the merger of the former Jinzhou Normal College and the former Liaoning Commercial College. As of April 2025, the university has two campuses, Songshan and Binhai, covering an area of more than 2250 mu with a total construction area of 600,000 square meters. It has 20 secondary colleges, 53 undergraduate enrollment majors, 17 first-level discipline master's degree authorization points and 18 professional master's degree authorization points. There are more than 24,000 full-time postgraduates and undergraduates, and more than 1,300 teachers.
