北京第二外国语学院中瑞酒店管理学院（简称“中瑞”）成立于2008年，是经教育部批准设立的全日制普通本科高等学校（独立学院），主管部门为北京市教育委员会，办学地点位于北京市大兴区庞各庄镇。学校以酒店管理专业为特色，秉承“学以致用”的校训，融合瑞士洛桑酒店管理学院的学术认证体系，构建了“理论+实践”的应用型人才培养模式，被业界誉为“中国酒店业的黄埔军校”。

Beijing Hospitality Institute (BHI), affiliated to Beijing International Studies University, was founded in 2008. It is a full-time undergraduate institution approved by the Ministry of Education, supervised by the Beijing Municipal Commission of Education, and located in Panggezhuang Town, Daxing District, Beijing. With hospitality management as its flagship discipline, BHI adheres to the motto "Learning by Doing" and integrates the academic accreditation system of Switzerland's Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL). It has established an applied talent cultivation model combining theory and practice, and is praised as "the Whampoa Military Academy of China's hospitality industry" by the sector.

学校开设酒店管理、人力资源管理、财务管理、健康服务与管理等特色专业，核心课程采用双语授课，部分国际班需修习雅思课程。通过“两次实习+管培生项目”的实践体系，学生在校期间可获得1.5年行业工作经验，与万豪、希尔顿等200余家国际企业建立实习就业合作，毕业生平均每人可获3-5个工作邀约，30%进入头部企业管培生计划。校园总建筑面积10.1万平方米，教学设施涵盖模拟酒店运营实验室、双语图书馆等，营造沉浸式职业场景训练环境。

BHI offers specialized programs such as Hospitality Management, Human Resource Management, Financial Management, and Health Services Management. Core courses are taught bilingually, with IELTS courses required for international programs. Through its practical training system of "two internships + management trainee programs", students gain 1.5 years of industry experience during their studies. The institute has established internship and employment partnerships with over 200 international enterprises including Marriott and Hilton, with graduates receiving an average of 3-5 job offers and 30% entering management trainee programs at leading companies. The 101,000-square-meter campus features simulated hotel operation laboratories and bilingual libraries, creating an immersive professional training environment.
