长春师范高等专科学校始建于1962年，前身为长春市第36中学，1985年起开办幼师专业，1989年更名为长春幼儿师范学校。2015年10月，经吉林省政府批准，原长春幼儿师范学校与原长春市特殊教育学校合并，组建长春师范高等专科学校，隶属长春市教育局。学校位于吉林省长春农安经济开发区（合隆镇）长春职教园区内，占地面积34.29万平方米，建筑面积11.06万平方米，现有教职工357人，正副教授99人（含三级教授4人），省级双师型教师102人，市级骨干教师47人，省市级专业带头人、科研名师和科研骨干27人。

Changchun Normal College was founded in 1962, formerly known as Changchun No. 36 Middle School. It began offering preschool education programs in 1985 and was renamed Changchun Preschool Normal School in 1989. In October 2015, approved by the Jilin Provincial Government, the former Changchun Preschool Normal School and the former Changchun Special Education School merged to form Changchun Normal College, which is affiliated to the Changchun Municipal Bureau of Education. The college is located in the Changchun Vocational Education Park, Nong'an Economic Development Zone (Helong Town), Changchun, Jilin Province, covering an area of 342,900 square meters with a building area of 110,600 square meters. It has 357 faculty members, including 99 professors and associate professors (4 of whom are third-level professors), 102 provincial-level dual-qualified teachers, 47 municipal-level key teachers, and 27 provincial and municipal-level academic leaders, research masters, and research backbones.

学校开设专业30个，涵盖教育与体育、文化艺术等6个专业大类，坚持以立德树人为根本，秉承“知行合一，匠心大爱”的校训精神，突出“幼教+特教”特色，专注培养幼儿启蒙教育者和特殊儿童康复教师。学校被评为吉林省特色高水平高职院校建设单位、吉林省中华职教社改革创新实验校，获批教育部幼儿园园长培训中心教学研究基地校、全国首批医教结合实验基地等，荣获全国国防教育特色校、长春市五一劳动奖状等荣誉称号。

The college offers 30 majors covering 6 professional categories such as education and sports, culture and art. Adhering to the fundamental task of cultivating virtue through education and the school motto of "Unity of Knowledge and Action, Ingenuity and Great Love", it highlights the characteristics of "preschool education + special education" and focuses on training preschool educators and rehabilitation teachers for special children. The college has been rated as a Jilin Provincial Characteristic High-level Vocational College Construction Unit and a Reform and Innovation Experimental School of Jilin Provincial Association for Promoting Vocational Education. It has been approved as a Teaching Research Base School of the National Principal Training Center for Kindergartens of the Ministry of Education and one of the first national medical-educational integration experimental bases. It has also won honors such as the National Defense Education Characteristic School and the Changchun May 1st Labor Award.
