成都轨道交通职业学院由成都轨道交通集团有限公司举办,2024年4月经四川省人民政府批准设立,是国内首家由轨道交通行业国企全资举办的非营利性全日制高等学校,以实施专科层次高等职业教育为主,同时开展职业培训、科技研发等业务。学院位于成都东部新区三岔街道林栖大道96号,占地面积160余亩,建筑面积37万平方米,暂定办学规模4000人。
Chengdu Institute of Rail Transit was founded by Chengdu Rail Transit Group Co., Ltd. and approved by the People's Government of Sichuan Province in April 2024. It is the first non-profit full-time higher education institution in China fully funded by a state-owned enterprise in the rail transit industry. It mainly offers junior college-level higher vocational education, while also conducting vocational training, scientific and technological research and development, and other businesses. The college is located at No. 96 Linqi Avenue, Sancha Street, Chengdu Eastern New Area, covering an area of more than 160 mu with a building area of 370,000 square meters, and has a tentative school-running scale of 4,000 students.
学院依托行业国企办学优势,构建校企双专业带头人、双课程负责人、双辅导员机制,现有专任教师107人,其中硕士及以上学历58人,副高级及以上职称35人,兼职教师400余人。投资超亿元建成厂中校式红花堰培训实训基地,可满足城市轨道交通全专业、全岗位实习实训需求,并与成都地铁运营有限公司共享27个车辆段(停车场)等实训资源。
Relying on the advantages of school-running by industry state-owned enterprises, the college has established a mechanism of dual professional leaders, dual curriculum leaders, and dual counselors from enterprises and the college. It currently has 107 full-time teachers, including 58 with master's degree or above, 35 with associate senior title or above, and more than 400 part-time teachers. An investment of over 100 million yuan has been made to build the Honghuayan training base in the mode of "school in factory", which can meet the internship and training needs of all majors and positions in urban rail transit. It also shares training resources such as 27 depots (parking lots) with Chengdu Metro Operation Co., Ltd.
