中国消防救援学院是应急管理部直属的全日制普通高等学校，前身为1978年成立的黑龙江省森林警察总队教导队，历经武警森林警察学校、武警警种学院等发展阶段，2018年12月正式挂牌成立。学院坐落于北京市昌平区，校园占地面积1100余亩，是我国第一所专门的消防救援本科院校，主要承担国家综合性消防救援队伍人才培养、专业培训和科研任务。

China Fire and Rescue Institute is a full-time public higher education institution directly under the Ministry of Emergency Management. Its predecessor was the Teaching Team of Heilongjiang Provincial Forest Police Corps established in 1978, which went through development stages such as the Armed Police Forest Police School and the Armed Police Service Academy. It was officially established in December 2018. Located in Changping District, Beijing, the college covers an area of over 1,100 mu and is China's first specialized undergraduate institution for fire and rescue education, mainly undertaking talent cultivation, professional training, and scientific research tasks for the national comprehensive fire and rescue team.

学院设有消防指挥、消防工程、应急装备技术与工程等10个本科专业，拥有8个教学（管理）部系，专任教师308人，全日制在校生5159人。作为应急救援主力军培训基地，学院致力于培养具备应急救援指挥、消防工程技术等专业能力的高素质人才，构建了涵盖教学实训、科研创新、实战应用的一体化教育体系，为国家消防救援事业发展提供坚实的人才和智力支撑。

The college offers 10 undergraduate majors including Fire Command, Fire Engineering, and Emergency Equipment Technology and Engineering, with 8 teaching (management) departments, 308 full-time teachers, and 5,159 full-time students. As a training base for the main emergency rescue force, the institute is committed to cultivating high-quality talents with professional capabilities in emergency rescue command and fire engineering technology. It has built an integrated education system covering teaching and training, scientific research innovation, and practical application, providing solid talent and intellectual support for the development of national fire and rescue undertakings.
