长江职业学院是国家教育部批准独立设置、湖北省人民政府主办、湖北省教育厅直管的全日制公办普通高等职业院校，前身为1984年创办的湖北经济管理大学，1999年经教育部批准更名为长江职业学院。学校地处武汉·中国光谷核心地段，分校区办学，总占地面积1139亩，建筑面积近30万平方米，全日制在校学生14000余人，是湖北省优质高职院校、全国职业院校数字校园建设样板校。

Changjiang Polytechnic is a full-time public higher vocational college approved by the Ministry of Education, sponsored by the Hubei Provincial People's Government, and directly managed by the Hubei Provincial Department of Education. Its predecessor was Hubei University of Economics and Management founded in 1984, and it was renamed Changjiang Polytechnic with the approval of the Ministry of Education in 1999. Located in the core area of Wuhan·China Optics Valley, the college operates across multiple campuses with a total area of 1139 mu and a building area of nearly 300,000 square meters. It has over 14,000 full-time students and is a high-quality vocational college in Hubei Province and a model school for digital campus construction in national vocational colleges.

学校下设12个二级院部，开设药品生产技术、数字创意设计、人工智能技术等9个专业群，涵盖13个专业大类47个专业，拥有国家级骨干专业、省级品牌专业及精品课程多个。师资力量雄厚，现有专兼职教师700余人，其中教授87人、副教授300余人，并建有5个国家级实训基地和全国物流职业教育人才培养基地，校企合作企业200多家，订单培养班32个，毕业生就业率连续多年保持在96%以上。

The college has 12 secondary faculties and departments, offering 9 professional groups including Pharmaceutical Production Technology, Digital Creative Design, and Artificial Intelligence Technology, covering 47 majors in 13 professional categories. It boasts multiple national-level key majors, provincial-level brand majors, and excellent courses. With a strong teaching staff of over 700 full-time and part-time teachers, including 87 professors and more than 300 associate professors, the college has established 5 national-level training bases and a national logistics vocational education talent training base. It has cooperated with over 200 enterprises and set up 32 order-based training classes, with the employment rate of graduates remaining above 96% for many years.

学校以"江通天下、职领未来"为办学理念，注重产教融合与实践教学，培养了吉利集团董事长李书福等大批知名企业家，被誉为"企业家摇篮"。近年来荣获省级文明单位、湖北省职业教育先进单位等多项荣誉，是教育部首批教育信息化建设试点单位、全国首批急救教育试点学校及湖北省大学生创业示范基地。

Adhering to the educational philosophy of "Rivers Connect the World, Vocations Lead the Future", the college emphasizes industry-education integration and practical teaching. It has cultivated a large number of well-known entrepreneurs such as Li Shufu, Chairman of Geely Group, and is known as the "Cradle of Entrepreneurs". In recent years, it has won many honors such as Provincial Civilized Unit and Advanced Unit of Vocational Education in Hubei Province. It is one of the first pilot units for educational informatization construction by the Ministry of Education, one of the first national first-aid education pilot schools, and a demonstration base for college students' entrepreneurship in Hubei Province.
