重庆工商大学派斯学院创办于1999年，2003年12月经教育部确认为全日制本科独立学院，是一所具有学士学位授予权的财经类普通本科高等学校。学校坐落于中国历史文化名城——重庆市合川区城区，面向全国21个省（市、自治区）招生，全日制在校生14000余人。

Pass College of Chongqing Technology and Business University was founded in 1999 and confirmed as a full-time undergraduate independent college by the Ministry of Education in December 2003. It is a finance and economics-oriented ordinary undergraduate institution with the right to award bachelor's degrees. Located in the urban area of Hechuan District, a famous historical and cultural city in China, the university enrolls students from 21 provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) across the country, with more than 14,000 full-time students.

学校设有马克思主义学院、金融学院、管理学院等10个二级学院，开设39个本科专业，涵盖经济学、管理学、工学、文学四大学科门类。现有教职工1000余人，师资队伍中不乏国务院特殊津贴获得者、重庆市学术技术带头人等高层次人才。工商管理为重庆市重点培育学科，财务管理、金融学为重庆市一流本科专业建设点，建成10个科研平台和41个实验实训室，与200余个单位建立校外实践教学基地。

The university has 10 secondary colleges including the School of Marxism, School of Finance, and School of Management, offering 39 undergraduate majors covering four disciplines: economics, management, engineering, and literature. It has over 1,000 faculty members, including high-level talents such as recipients of special government allowances from the State Council and academic and technical leaders in Chongqing. Business Administration is a key cultivation discipline in Chongqing, while Financial Management and Finance are first-class undergraduate major construction sites in Chongqing. The university has built 10 scientific research platforms, 41 experimental training rooms, and established off-campus practical teaching bases with more than 200 units.
