长垣烹饪职业技术学院是经河南省人民政府批准、国家教育部备案设立的全日制普通高等职业院校,坐落在享有“中国厨师之乡”美誉的河南省长垣市,目前在校学生14000余人。学院前身为1963年创建的安阳专区厨师培训班,2006年由长垣银河集团董事长范国栋出资创办长垣博大烹饪学校,2010年升格为高等职业院校,2019年实现整体搬迁,新区教育教学及服务保障设施齐全、环境优美。
Changyuan Vocational and Technical College of Cuisine is a full-time public higher vocational college approved by the People's Government of Henan Province and registered with the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China. Located in Changyuan City, Henan Province, known as "the Hometown of Chinese Chefs", it currently has over 14,000 students. The college originated from Anyang Prefecture Chef Training Class founded in 1963. In 2006, Fan Guodong, Chairman of Changyuan Yinhe Group, invested to establish Changyuan Boda Cuisine School, which was upgraded to a higher vocational college in 2010. In 2019, it relocated to a new campus with complete educational facilities and a beautiful environment.
学院秉持“累德积义、崇文尚技”校训,围绕“以学助产,以产兴校,产教融合,特色发展”的办学定位,构建了以烹饪工艺与营养专业群为引领,食品、文旅、工商、信息、幼教、智能建筑等多专业协同发展的“一引领六支撑”专业布局。现拥有国家级骨干专业1个,省级高水平专业群1个、示范性骨干专业1个、特色专业2个,108个专业实训室,并建成国家级课程思政教学团队1个、省级教学团队7个,双师型教师占比达80%。

作为国家级烹饪工艺与营养骨干专业建设单位、中国烹饪大师培训基地,学院深化产教融合,与130余家企业、高校共建全国数智营养烹饪产教融合共同体,学生先后参与G20杭州峰会、北京冬奥会、杭州亚运会等国际盛会服务,近五年获省级以上技能竞赛团体金奖19项、金牌73块,培养了以中国烹饪大师樊胜武、冯建忠为代表的数万名专业人才,被誉为“厨乡烹饪人才的摇篮”。
