Relying on the industrial resources of central enterprises, the college has built an education system of "deep integration between schools and enterprises". It has advanced facilities such as the CR400AF Fuxing EMU locomotive training platform and CRRC diesel locomotive technology training center, with practical training courses accounting for over 60%. It has established order classes with metro companies in Nanjing, Suzhou, etc. In 2024, 80% of graduates from the Urban Rail Transit Vehicle Application Technology major joined CRRC, with an average starting salary of about 6,800 yuan. In the past three years, it has won 27 national skill competition awards, and its track geometric state intelligent monitoring technology has been applied to practical projects such as the Zhengzhou-Xi'an High-Speed Railway.
