达州中医药职业学院是经四川省人民政府批准、教育部备案，由达州市人民政府举办和主管的公办全日制普通高等职业院校。学校位于西南职教园区，地处犀牛山下、州河之滨，校园环境优美，空气清新，交通便捷。2022年3月，四川省达州中医学校整体并入学校成立中专部。

Dazhou Vocational College of Traditional Chinese Medicine is a public full-time higher vocational college approved by the People's Government of Sichuan Province, registered by the Ministry of Education, and sponsored and administered by the Dazhou Municipal People's Government. The school is located in the Southwest Vocational Education Park, at the foot of Xiniu Mountain and by the Zhouhe River, with a beautiful campus environment, fresh air and convenient transportation. In March 2022, Sichuan Dazhou School of Traditional Chinese Medicine was fully merged into the school to establish a secondary vocational department.

学校规划占地885亩，其中中专部校区15亩，西校区285亩，东校区规划占地585亩。现有教学楼、图书电教楼、实验实训室、食堂、学生宿舍等建筑面积12万平方米，教学科研设备近5000万元，专业实验室35个，图书43万册，标准多媒体教室和语音室82个，中医药文化馆、标准运动场和中医药休闲文化广场各1个，东校区规划建筑面积30.02万㎡。

The school plans to cover an area of 885 mu, including 15 mu for the secondary vocational department campus, 285 mu for the west campus, and 585 mu for the east campus. At present, there are 120,000 square meters of building area including teaching buildings, library and audio-visual education buildings, experimental training rooms, canteens, student dormitories, etc. The teaching and research equipment is nearly 50 million yuan, with 35 professional laboratories, 430,000 books, 82 standard multimedia classrooms and language labs, 1 Chinese medicine culture museum, 1 standard sports ground and 1 Chinese medicine leisure culture square. The planned building area of the east campus is 300,200 square meters.

学校现有10个二级教学单位，开设护理、中药学、中医康复技术等12个高职专业和中医、护理等6个中职专业，在校学生近10000人。现有专兼职教师433人，其中正高级职称22人，副高级职称81人，硕博士教师126人，双师型教师占比超过60%。

The school currently has 10 secondary teaching units, offering 12 higher vocational majors such as Nursing, Chinese Materia Medica, and Traditional Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation Technology, and 6 secondary vocational majors such as Traditional Chinese Medicine and Nursing, with nearly 10,000 students. There are 433 full-time and part-time teachers, including 22 with senior professional titles, 81 with deputy senior professional titles, 126 with master's and doctoral degrees, and more than 60% of "double-qualified" teachers.

学校附属医院为达州市中西医结合医院（国家三级甲等医院），与64家医院、药企建立实习就业基地，入选国家基层西学中能力建设工程项目带教基地等多个省级以上基地。近年来，师生获国家级奖励30余项、省市级奖励100余项。

The affiliated hospital of the school is Dazhou Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital (a national third-class A hospital). It has established internship and employment bases with 64 hospitals and pharmaceutical companies, and has been selected as a national training base for the capacity building project of learning Chinese medicine by Western medicine at the grassroots level and many other provincial-level bases. In recent years, teachers and students have won more than 30 national awards and more than 100 provincial and municipal awards.
