福州工商学院坐落于国家首批全域旅游示范区、荣获“中国天然氧吧”称号的福州市永泰葛岭，毗邻福州大学城和海西高新技术产业园区，交通十分便利，距离福州城区只需20分钟车程。学校前身为2002年创办的福建农林大学东方学院，2019年经教育部批准转设为独立设置的普通本科高校并更名为福州工商学院。现设有工学院、财经学院、管理学院等二级教学单位，30个本科专业涵盖工、经、管、文、法、艺、教7个学科门类，在校本科生近1.5万人，是一所多学科协调发展的应用型本科高校。

Fuzhou Technology and Business University is located in Geling, Yongtai, Fuzhou, a national first batch of all-for-tourism demonstration zones and honored as "China's Natural Oxygen Bar". Adjacent to Fuzhou University Town and Haixi High-tech Industrial Park, it enjoys convenient transportation with only a 20-minute drive to Fuzhou urban area. Formerly known as Dongfang College of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University founded in 2002, it was approved by the Ministry of Education to be transformed into an independent general undergraduate university and renamed Fuzhou Technology and Business University in 2019. Currently, it has secondary teaching units such as the College of Engineering, College of Finance and Economics, College of Management, etc., offering 30 undergraduate majors covering 7 disciplines including engineering, economics, management, literature, law, art, and education, with nearly 15,000 undergraduate students, making it an application-oriented undergraduate university with coordinated development of multiple disciplines.

学校实施人才强校战略，现有专兼职教师900多人，副高级及以上职称超过50%，具有硕博学位的教师超过80%，拥有享受国务院特殊津贴专家、全国优秀教师等高水平人才。学科专业建设成果显著，获福建省教学成果奖5项，拥有省级一流专业建设点、省级实验教学示范中心等一批优质教学资源，获批教育部产学合作协同育人项目近50项。积极推进产教融合，与龙头企业共建区块链联合实验室、现代产业学院等，建有校外实习实训基地300多个，毕业生就业率连续多年保持在95%以上，累计为社会培养专业人才近4万人。

It has achieved remarkable results in discipline and professional construction, winning 5 Fujian Provincial Teaching Achievement Awards, possessing a batch of high-quality teaching resources such as provincial first-class professional construction sites and provincial experimental teaching demonstration centers, and obtaining nearly 50 industry-university cooperation and collaborative education projects approved by the Ministry of Education. Actively promoting the integration of industry and education, it has jointly built blockchain joint laboratories and modern industrial colleges with leading enterprises, established more than 300 off-campus internship and training bases, with the employment rate of graduates remaining above 95% for many years, and has cultivated nearly 40,000 professional talents for the society.
