阜康职业技术学院是经新疆维吾尔自治区人民政府批准设置、教育部备案的全日制普通高等职业学校，于2025年正式设立。学校地处天山北坡经济带城市群、世界遗产地、中国优秀旅游城市阜康市，拥有兵戽、石油基地两个校区，东临阜康产业园，南靠国家5A级景区天山天池，西邻乌鲁木齐甘泉堡经济技术开发区，北依国家级准东经济技术开发区，地理位置优越，交通便利，距乌鲁木齐天山国际机场、乌鲁木齐高铁站仅40分钟车程。

Fukang Vocational and Technical College is a full-time public higher vocational college approved by the People's Government of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and filed by the Ministry of Education, officially established in 2025. Located in Fukang City, a world heritage site and an excellent tourist city in China on the economic belt of the northern slope of the Tianshan Mountains, the college has two campuses: Binghu and Oil Base. It is adjacent to Fukang Industrial Park in the east, the national 5A-level scenic spot Tianchi in the south, Urumqi Ganquanbao Economic and Technological Development Zone in the west, and the national-level Zhundong Economic and Technological Development Zone in the north. With superior geographical location and convenient transportation, it is only 40 minutes' drive from Urumqi Tianshan International Airport and Urumqi High-speed Railway Station.

学校前身为1984年成立的阜康县职业高级中学，历经阜康市职业中等专业学校、阜康技师学院等发展阶段，是首批国家重点中等职业学校，曾两次荣获全国职业教育先进单位，是国家中等职业教育改革发展示范学校、国家级现代学徒制试点单位、国家高技能人才培训基地。2025年首批开设机电一体化技术、机械制造及自动化、计算机网络技术、旅游管理、旅行社经营与管理5个专业，计划招生500人，致力于培养服务区域经济社会发展的高素质技术技能人才。

The college traces its roots to Fukang County Vocational Senior High School founded in 1984, evolving through stages as Fukang Vocational Secondary School and Fukang Technician College. It is among the first batch of national key secondary vocational schools, having twice been awarded the National Advanced Unit in Vocational Education. It also serves as a national model school for the reform and development of secondary vocational education, a national pilot unit for modern apprenticeship, and a national training base for high-skilled talents. In 2025, it initially offers 5 majors: Mechatronics Technology, Mechanical Manufacturing and Automation, Computer Network Technology, Tourism Management, and Travel Agency Operation and Management, with a planned enrollment of 500 students, dedicated to cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents serving regional economic and social development.
